Al-Andalus Mixed Use Hotel complex This prestigious 4 Star Hotel project has integrated design ideas that create a harmonious rhythm. Located at the most vibrant commercial zone in Jeddah Al-Tahlia District, its design utilizes the use of natural lighting and organic shaped sun screens on its facade. The hotel hosts over 200 guests and is equipped with leisure, entertainment, business centre and other amenities.

Cordis, Langham Hotel Hotel and suites Located at an important area at the business hub of Jazan, this 4 Star Hotel has integrated architectural design ideas catered to provide a retreat for visitors to Jazan City. The project utilizes natural light and its façade is characterized by variable shaped sun screens. The hotel hosts over 80 guests and is equipped with leisure, entertainment and children play area.

AIM Holding Mixed Use Complex This multi-use project is located in Makkah and consists of commercial, hotel and residential use. It has been developed as a proposal with a design challenge to integrate the various project components harmonically and practically within a mountainous site of deep gradients. The final outcome came as a spectacular architectural solution in which people could easily access all project areas at various levels. The project architecture employs traditional mashrabiyah elements integrated in a modern theme.

Radisson Blu High Rise Tower Hotel complex and apartments (under construction) This project is a mixed-use commercial tower comprised of a hotel, long lease apartments, offices and a shopping mall. It is located in one of the most important hubs to Jeddah visitors along Madinah Road. Its architectural design reflects the modern approach and has a 6 story podium housing shopping stores, high end restaurants, banquet & wedding halls, kitchen, roof garden and multi-level car parking garage. The project has two towers emerging from a podium the highest has 27 floors making it the tallest structure overlooking Madinah Road.

Misk, kimpinski Hotel 4 Star Hotel This hotel exhibits a modern architectural landmark along the prominent Malik Road in Jeddah. It has been designed with side elevations using terracotta cladding integrated with the main façade glass curtain wall facing the road. A huge canopy on the roof has been introduced to add grandeur to the design. With two roads connecting site at opposite directions, this project utilized this feature to get traffic smooth access from Malik Rd. into the drop-off area and ramps to Basements and out at back street.

Hilton Garden Inn 4 Star Hotel Design by hamdan studio and Interior Design by HBA

Simple modern architecture is what this Hilton Garden Inn Hotel project represents. Its location at Hamad Al-Jaser St. will surely add an attraction point and added value to this neighborhood and draws the attention of travelers coming to Jeddah to have an enjoyable stay. The hotel has an L-shape mass configuration wrapped around a green garden & 4-story high green wall at the 1st Floor that provides a relaxing view to guestrooms overlooking this space.

Hilton Double Tree 4 Star Hotel Strategically located at Sari St. and overlooking three streets, the Hilton Double Tree has been designed to reflect the modern architectural school using glass curtain walls in its main façade articulated with longitudinal aluminum louvers for shading and as a building signature. Its dominating 12 story height allows it to stand out in the Sari St. commercial skyline. It has three basements for car parking and electromechanical services along with the main reception lobby with all hotel supporting amenities that serve the guests.

Millennium Hotel 4 Star Hotel The Millennium hotel is located at Sari St. and bordered by three streets. Its modern architectural design employs glass curtain wall in its main façade that overlooks Sari St. and the hotel is accessed through a drop-off from main street. With a dominating 15 story height, the hotel stands out in the Sari St. commercial skyline and has all the amenities and services that accommodate the guests needs.

Sinan Group Hotel 4 Star Hotel Located between King Fahad Road and Olaya Road commercial spine and overlooking two streets, the Sinan Group Hotel tower has been designed to reflect the modern architectural philosophy using glass curtain walls in its main façade articulated with longitudinal aluminum louvers as a building signature. Its dominating 16 story height allows it to stand out in the neighborhood skyline. It has three basements for car parking and electromechanical services. Main reception lobby is at First Floor with all hotel supporting amenities that serve its guests.

Gran Melia 5 Star Hotel 5 Star Hotel Located at a prime location at Jeddah New Corniche, this elegant tower houses the Gran Melia 5 Star Hotel along with other multi-uses including presidential suites, multi function rooms, suits, commercials shops, medical & financial centre. These functions are served through eight floor structured parking.

The tower design exhibits the modern architectural approach by means of using glass curtain walls and vertical louvers. In the main façade facing the sea, a large LED advertising screen has been designed to signify the importance of this project.

Hotel & Commercial Complex 3 Star Hotel Located at Aber Alqarat Road which is a commercial spine serving Obhor area, this Hotel & Commercial Complex has been designed as a low-rise mass using simple building materials as brick walls precast concrete and white finished paint walls which are articulated to convey natural materials as a building architectural character. It has a basement for car parking and electromechanical services. It also has 2 stories of commercial shops, main reception lobby at ground level with 2 floors for guest rooms along with other hotel supporting amenities that serve its guests.

Jeddah Corniche Commercial Center Shops and Service This project is a commercial center designed mainly to service cars. Its site is in a U-Shape for parking and surrounded by shops.

It consists of a double height ground floor with shops modular arrangement and has a partial upper floor for office use. Modern architectural features have been designed to reflect the special nature of this project.

Braira Hotel 4 Star Hotel It is located in a prime location along the Sari Street in Jeddah at the intersection with Mujahid Al Amri Street around 500 meters from the Red Sea corniche. The Braira Hotel design exhibits the modern architectural approach by means of glass curtain walls articulated with aluminum cladding and a huge canopy at the Annex Floor to emphasize the building character. Its dominating 12 story high allows it to stand out at the Sari St. commercial skyline. It has two basements for car parking and electromechanical services along with the main reception lobby, restaurant, café, function halls along with all four star hotel supporting amenities that serve the guests.

VIP Club (under design) Social & Business Club The project is located at the prime commercial corridor King Abdulaziz Rd. It is a social & business club offering a private gathering place to connect and collaborate with the multifaceted women & men of Jeddah. The project implies the utilization of an existing villa structure to suit the new development. It consists of two floors Ground Floor (open for public), First Floor (private for members) and an open to air Roof Level (for partial indoor & outdoor activities). The project design employed the use of the traditional Hejazi Mashrabiya on all its exterior facades integrated with glass curtain walls which has added value to the distinguished architectural projects that are built along King Abdulaziz Road.

Bait Alward (under design) Mountain Resort Located on one of the highest peaks of Al-Shafa’s mountain range “Mount Daka”, this mountain resort is conveniently situated to provide its guests with a breathtaking view of the escarpment and the natural landscape splendor. Sustainability was the main drive for this project design where its main buildings structures are made of timber, steel and concrete elegantly designed to reflect a cottage-like architecture using local materials that are well integrated with their surroundings.

At this incredible retreat, you will breathe in the cool fresh mountain air all-year long and explore the great outdoor areas designed to satisfy the needs of all guests.

Abha HGI Hotel (under design) 4 Star Hotel This Hilton Garden Inn hotel is located in Abha, on a hill looking into the renowned Abu-Khayal Park tourist site from the south-west and overlooking the Abha city from the north-west. The hotel design takes the modern architectural approach and consists of 4 basements accommodating car parking, fitness center & spa, laundry, multi-function hall and meeting rooms. Ground floor has the main entrance lobby, dining, restaurant and hotel services while Mezzanine floor has the admin, TM and Café. The typical floors accommodate the Guest Rooms while Roof Annex has the lounges and roof gardens.

Al-Bakriah HGI Hotel (under design) 4 Star Hotel This Hilton Garden Inn hotel is located in Jeddah at the commercial Prince Majid St. The hotel design takes a U-shape utilizing the modern architectural approach and consists of one basement for services and Ground floor for entrance lobby, dining and kitchen. Mezzanine and upper three floors accommodate car parking.

Fourth floor has the meeting rooms and admin. Support while the Fifth floor houses the fitness center, swimming pool and guest rooms. Sixth to eleventh floor along with the Annex floor accommodates the guest rooms.

Mall Identity Design With this Shopping Center already built, the challenge was to come up with a new elevation design that satisfies modern trend in shopping centers. Façade has been designed of terracotta cladding and huge tilted sunscreens made of wooden textured aluminum penetrated by the prime office rectangular box.

Grease Monkey Franchise Automobiles Workshop and Service This project is a new distinctive franchise project labeled “Grease Monkey”, for automobile service. It is a prototype design located at different selected sites throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and will be developed, owned and operated by the developer. Its architectural design reflects the modern architectural school with the use of corrugated sandwich metal panels integrated with stone cladding in elevations.

Shops and Service This project is a commercial center on the 3rd ring in Makkah.

The site has great location for Makkah visitors to stop shops it is also surrounded by shops. It consists of the main warehouse building which houses the Staging Area (receiving and shipping) /Loading & Unloading Area at Ground Floor, while the Mezzanine is for the Administration Offices. Other supporting buildings at site include Workshop, Cafeteria & Kitchen, Drivers’ Rest Room, Disposal, Service Annex and two Guard House & Control Room.
