On the 31st of March, the reel-turned-real Crash Landing on You couple tied the knot in a private wedding ceremony at the Aston House of the Grand Walkerhill Seoul Hotel. Ahead of the ceremony, the actors’ agencies VAST Entertainment and MSTeam have also unveiled the official wedding photos. The couple confirmed their relationship in January 2021 and announced their marriage in February of this year.

s countries around the world are slowly easing travel restrictions related to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, different KPOP artists have announced their upcoming concert tours. Domestic events in South Korea have slowly been picking up this year but under strictly enforced government guidelines on social distancing with limited audience. Cheering, singing, or standing up is also prohibited. Trot superstar, Lim Young Woong, has announced a national tour starting from Goyang on May 6th. He is planned to hold a total of 21 concerts in cities including Changwon, Gwangju, Daejeon, Incheon and Seoul.
Stray Kids has also released their plans for the long-awaited second world tour “MANIAC”, which will kick off in Seoul on April 30. Confirmed legs include Kobe, Tokyo, Newark, Chicago, Atlanta, Fort Worth, Los Angeles, Oakland, Seattle, Tokyo, and more to be released at a later date. KCON, the world’s biggest K-culture festival, returns to live venues after two years of online activities. The grand return will feature three cities for KCON:PREMIERE - Seoul, Tokyo, and Chicago. KPOP.FLEX will also be hosting Europe’s first ever KPOP mega festival which will be held on May 14 & 15 at the Deutsche Bank Park Stadium in Frankfurt.

PACHINKO A Story of Multigenerational Survival Saga
P
achinko is a highly-anticipated drama series created by Soo Hugh based on the novel of the same title by Manhattan-based author and journalist Min Jin Lee. The series is directed by Kogonada and Justin Chon and stars Youn Yuh-jung, Lee Min-ho, Kim Min-ha and Jin Ha. It premiered on Apple TV+ on March 25, 2022. The story chronicles the struggle to survive over four generations of a Korean immigrant family in Japan, told through the central character of Sunja (played by both Kim Min Ha and Youn Yuh Jung at different ages) acting as an anchor. “Pachinko” takes place across nearly 80 years, transcending borders between Korea, Japan, and the United States physically, culturally, and linguistically.

Visitors from April 1st Starting from the 1st April 2022, fully vaccinated visitors to Korea will no longer need to quarantine upon entry into the country. The announcement was made Friday, 11th March, and marks the first time Korea will be open to the majority of vaccinated visitors* since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. *Please note this exemption does not currently apply to vaccinated visitors from Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine and Myanmar, who must still quarantine for seven days.
