TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

Capable of students’ engagement whatever and wherever I am teaching. I do not find any meaning in teaching if my students don’t get the lesson properly because I care for their educational purposes and learning goals. I facilitate student-student/student-teacher inclusive interaction in the lesson through pair/group work by which I assess students’ learning progress and provide feedback. If they can answer the lesson tasks, it replicates my teaching assessment & success. Prioritizing average and weaker learners’ needs and interests are vital concerns in my teaching.

In pedagogical practice, classroom management and student engagement are of important concern for every teacher. To this end, strategic methods like Socratic, Inquiry-based, TBL (Task-based Learning), or any new relevant methods are employed in my classroom teaching practices.

My objective is to equip students with the knowledge and skills to be successful academically, professionally, and personally.
