Create an office space for Interior Designers and Architects that can collaborate and strive to meet client needs.
LOCATION: DALLAS, TEXAS
11,000 SQUARE FEET
This office space is located in a prime area of Dallas, Texas. It is within walking distance of public transportation, eating areas, and living quarters. The site’s location can help promote sustainable practices and reduce carbon emissions.
NEXT will be where all designers and architects can come together to create spaces that will help the future. Blue and green materials will help promote creativity and reduce stress. Collaborative spaces will bring them together, and individual spaces will allow people to gather thoughts and have a space for themselves. Next, there will be a flow throughout the building that will promote design and sustainability.
Work stations are where the Interior Designers and Architects have an area they can call there own workspace. While work stations are generally known as not having enough privacy, Steelcase furniture has revolutionized such problems. With the use of privacy screen and organizational furniture, the work stations can be used to maximize privacy when needed. Using neutral tone laminates and pops of relaxing colors, such as sage green, the office space promotes a relaxing environment for the employees.
Open-space meeting rooms are a great way for employees to feel more relaxed during a meeting. However, meetings still need to be private. Steelcase modular sofas with acoustical screens increase the privacy of the open space while still creating that sense of openness.
Private office spaces are essential for any office building. Using Steelcase furniture the offices can be customized. In the NEXT office building, there are multiple private office layouts, however each incompass the same points of having personal storage, optimal desk space, and areas that can be used for small meetings.

The Boro is here to help address this issue. The Boro is a fine dining experience with indoor and outdoor bar and eating areas. this will be a dining experience Statesboro does not have helping create a diversity in places to eat at. The restaurant will have a rustic feel to it with dark woods, brick, leather, and fabrics that bring it all together. Guest can either come in to enjoy the dining experience or be able to just get a drink with their friends. The surrounding area will have green space that guest can also enjoy with their friends to get a breath of fresh air.
Using wood tones and a mixture of brick, the fine dining experience comes to life. The Boro is an experience for everyone, whether there are six people in one group or just a couple. The open seating is perfect for any size group. Sections have also been made to help make some tables more private.
This outdoor bar is a great place to get together with friends and enjoy the view of the City of Statesboro. A portion of the bar is covered, so it can be enjoyed rain or shine. The floor-to-ceiling windows also help capture views of the downtown area no matter where you are.
Full renovation for a fully virtual client’s family home. Collaborating with a local Architect to help with space planning and overall design.
Revit
LOCATION: LAFAYETTE, ILLINOIS
3,775 SQUARE FEET
PROGRAM USED: REVIT
The kitchen is the main renovation of this project. We were tasked with creating a space that would have enough storage but also help create visual interest in the area. The shelving between the cabinets helps with the visual interest and gives more dimension to the wall of cabinets.
The Owner’s Bathroom is another major renovation for this project. The main request from the client was to make the space seem bigger without moving major walls. By slimming down the depth of the vanity and the depth of the tub, it instantly made the room seem larger. The water closet was also expanded by removing a built-in entertainment center in the bedroom.
A new construction spa where we were tasked with space planning the area to fit all of the needed furniture and adequate storage.
LOCATION: RICHMOND HILL, GEORGIA
The reception area is the grand entrance to the spa. Catching the eye of the customer is the goal of this area. The product display will help show the wide range of products the spa offers but also has the adequate storage for the product. The area also has adequate seating for the busier hours but also helps the customer not feel crammed in the area.
