couple Paul and Catherine Hemmings couldn’t go past B by Halcyon as the setting for their next chapter.
The pair, who live in leafy Burbank, are excited to swap their acreage home for one of the community’s coveted homes in the Rainforest Series, which are built on larger blocks and back directly onto 100-year-old Buderim forest. “We looked at quite a few communities, and we were very impressed with Halcyon in relation to a range of things,” Paul said. He said these included design, masterplanning, facilities and environmental considerations which made the Buderim community the standout choice. With around 4000 solar panels set to be installed, B by Halcyon’s carbon emissions from the community are predicted to be reduced by more than 1000 tonnes per annum. 10
