• Created Mobike’s international brand strategy for the company’s first western market and its subsequent 19 international countries. • Set design guidelines for Online, In App, and Offline visual assets classified by project and event type, ensuring right balance betweeen brand consistency and localisation. • Built a team of 5 regional designers tasked with effectively scaling and adapting the brand’s visual identity. Led internal reporting, managed a budget to meet and exceed organizational objectives. • Standardized content creation for international markets through an internal design platform reducing service times down to less than 3 days from request to receipt. • Led design and content for multinational marketing campaigns, including digital, out-of-home, and print campaigns. Ensured content promoted call-to-action in order to exceed ROI expectations. • Won four Design Awards including IF Design 2018 and Reddot Award with special Jury mention. • Joined as second foreign and hire to design Mobike’s largest regional office, an 8,000 sqm campus that would grow from a couple hundred to over 3,000 current employees across 20 departments. • Filed design patent for “Smart Mobike Preferred Location (SMPL)” that leverages geo-fencing technology in real time within Mobike network helping reduce operational costs by 30%. • Launched the Mobike Lifestyle product line; executed go-to-market plan for the in-app shop. Led concept design, supplier selection to production control, photoshoot, sales performance analysis.
