Enrich Online is a dedicated members website where members can easily manage their account. Members can log in at enrich.malaysiaairlines.com and perform these activities:

Update profile

Update passport number, email, mailing address and telephone numbers.

Track Enrich Miles

Check Elite status, expiring miles and past activities. Members must register online to enjoy this facility.

An email will be sent to member on any Account updates via Online or by Staff

Information will be updated as below in members account in Crane

Claim missing miles

On Malaysia Airlines flights:

• May be claimed seven days after flight and within six months • Key in the 13-digit ticket number and flight details

On oneworld airlines and airline partners:

1. Download claim form at Enrich Online. 2. Attach scanned ticket and boarding pass. 3. Email to enrich@malaysiaairlines.com (please allow 6 to 8 weeks for the verification process).

NOTE:

Claims must be submitted within 6 months (180 days) from the date of the qualifying transaction for existing members.

Requests made after this period are not eligible for Enrich Miles claims.

On Non-airline partners:

1. Download claim form at Enrich Online. 2. Attach scanned bill, agreement or receipt. 3. Email to enrich@malaysiaairlines.com (to allow 6 to 8 weeks for the verification process).

NOTE:
