Additional Information on the Complimentary Golden Lounge Access Vouchers
❖ Vouchers cannot be redeemed with Enrich Miles
❖ Vouchers are given complimentary to Bank card members
❖ Vouchers issued by Banks are valid for ONE year
❖ Vouchers are valid at Malaysia Airlines operated Lounges worldwide for CIMB card holders and
Malaysia Airlines operated Golden Lounges in Malaysia for AMEX/Maybank card holders.
❖ Vouchers are NOT valid at Third Party Lounges, oneworld and Partner Lounges
❖ The Enrich Voucher is an exclusive benefit to Enrich co-brand credit cardholders.
At time of use of this Enrich Voucher, the person using the Enrich Voucher for Golden Lounge Access must present his/her identification which includes but is not limited to National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) or passport, Malaysia Airlines Boarding Pass and Enrich co-brand credit card prior to entry.
❖ Enrich will supply an agreed amount of GLA vouchers to the specific Banks
❖ Bank will prepare vouchers and deliver to their members.
❖ Members will be able to use vouchers once received. Original vouchers must be presented.

MH Staff who have a bank or Enrich or oneworld card, (provided for by the Company or in their own personal capacity), access is accorded as per the privileges provided for by the card, regardless of the types of travel/tickets (except for FTP and ZED fare ticket). However, card privileges cannot be used for FTP tickets or if the card is not owned by the Employee (e.g. Enrich Platinum/Gold, oneworld, CIMB Enrich World).

To log-in, enter your Enrich login email address and password registered with Enrich.

To view available e-Voucher(s), open the Malaysia Airlines Mobile App on your mobile phone → Click More → Click MHvoucher → Click Active. To view used or expired e-Voucher(s), click Past instead of Active.
I can’t view my e-Voucher(s) details / the details are incorrect. What should I do?
Ensure the following:
You have the latest version of the Malaysia Airlines Mobile App.
Try to re-install the app.
If you continue to experience an issue with the Malaysia Airlines Mobile App, please email mhvoucher.support@malaysiaairlines.com.
When can I use the e-Voucher(s)? You can redeem the e-Voucher(s):
Upon availability on Malaysia Airlines Mobile App. e-Voucher(s) is applicable when travelling on a Malaysia Airlines operated flight with an MH flight number.
Redemption of e-Voucher(s) is only available on departure date of travel.
