B. AN INTRODUCTION TO ENRICH

Enrich is a loyalty and frequent flyer programme (FFP) of Malaysia Airlines that rewards members for their loyalty. Members earn Enrich Miles – which may be redeemed for award flights, hotel stays, shopping and other partner offers – as well as enjoy special privileges and benefits from the airline and its local and global partners.

Enrolment

1. Membership in Enrich is free and open to anyone aged 2 years and above in countries and territories where such programmes are legal. Individuals under the age of 15 years must have evidence of parental or legal guardian consent before enrolment in the programme can be considered. 2. Acceptance of membership will be at the sole discretion of Malaysia Airlines. Membership is not confirmed and mileage will not be recognised until the application for membership has been processed and approved by Malaysia Airlines. All decisions shall be final and any appeals or requests for membership will not be entertained. 3. Corporations and/or other legal entities are not allowed to enroll or be a Member of Enrich. 4. An Enrich Member may only maintain one (1) Enrich Account which will serve all business, personal and other needs for such Enrich Member. This account is not transferable. 5. In the event an Enrich Member is assigned to more than one membership number, the duplicate Account/s will be closed and all valid Enrich Miles shall be transferred to a single Account in that Enrich Member's name. 6. Upon enrolment, an Enrich Member will be accorded the benefits and recognition of an Enrich Blue Member. Malaysia Airlines and Enrich will not entertain any requests for an upgrade to Elite Status if the Enrich Member has not met the set qualifying criteria. 7. Enrich Members will receive their permanent membership card upon their first accrual activity with Malaysia Airlines or an Enrich Partner. Request for card replacement will incur a processing fee as follows:-

▪ Blue and Silver : 1,000 Enrich Miles ▪ Gold : 500 Miles ▪ Platinum : No charge

8. Enrich Miles may only be accrued after enrolment in the Enrich programme. However, qualifying travel on Malaysia Airlines operated flights within 60 days of enrolment is eligible for Enrich Miles accrual by submitting an Enrich Missing Miles Claim online at your Enrich account. Claims for Enrich Miles retroactively for oneworld or Enrich partner flight activities and non-Malaysia Airlines partner activities prior to enrolment is strictly not allowed. 9. Any taxes imposed by a government or governing body as a result of programme participation shall be the responsibility of the Enrich Member.

Note: If member’s 1st activity is under Enrich Department, no bonus 1,000 miles will be credited.

Enrich Welcome Letter will be mailed to new applicants within seven days of successful enrolment. Prior to that, new applicants are advised to use their Enrich membership number and temporary Enrich cards when transacting with the airline or its partners.

Additionally, new members can claim missing Miles on Malaysia Airlines operated flights within 60 days prior to enrolment (before signing up).

Claims require supporting documents such as ticket number and boarding passes.

What are Enrich Miles?

Enrich Miles are points members can earn, and then redeem when transacting with the airline and its fleet of partners, and for special promotions. Valid for three years, Enrich Miles are redeemable for a host of travel and lifestyle products.

What are Elite Miles?

Elite Miles are used to track an Enrich Member's qualification towards Enrich Silver, Enrich Gold and Enrich Platinum Tier Status.

Elite Miles will only be earned on Malaysia Airlines, MASwings, Firefly and oneworld Airlines qualifying fares on Economy, Premium Economy, Business and Business Suite . Elite Miles may not be used towards the redemption of Enrich Awards.

What are Elite Sectors ?

What are Platinum Miles ?

Platinum Miles are used to track an Enrich Member’s qualification towards Enrich Platinum Plus Tier Status. Platinum Miles will only be accrued on Malaysia Airlines Business Class and Business Suite fares. Platinum Miles may not be used towards the redemption of Enrich awards.

What are Platinum Sectors ?

Platinum Sectors are used to track an Enrich Member’s qualification towards Enrich Platinum Plus Tier Status. A Platinum Sector is a flight from origin to destination which carries a single flight number. Platinum sectors will only be accrued on Malaysia Airlines International flights on Business Class and Business Suite. Platinum Sectors may not be used toward the redemption of Enrich awards

What are Elite Tiers?

Elite Tiers refer to the loyalty groupings within the Enrich programme – Silver, Gold and Platinum. Members in the Elite Tiers must re-qualify to maintain their status in their respective tiers. Those who do not re-qualify, i.e. achieve the required Enrich Miles, will be reclassified to a next lower tier in the following year.

Note : Elite Miles/Sectors and Platinum Miles/Sectors must be earned within one calendar year (1st January to 31st December of each year). Elite Miles/Sectors and Platinum Miles/Sectors can be viewed in Crane under Yearly Details.

(3) HOW TO QUALIFY FOR ELITE STATUS

Elite Miles/Elite Sectors are used for tracking a member’s qualification/requalification towards Elite Status.

(4) ELITE TIER STATUS

1. Once a member achieves Elite Tier Status, they must re-qualify for such status, or a higher status, each year. 2. The membership term of an Elite Tier Status is the year in which the Enrich Member qualifies plus the period between 1 January to 31 December of the following year. 3. Taking a Malaysia Airlines flight (a flight number starting with MH) and travelling on oneworld Airlines qualifying fares as outlined in the Airline Mileage Accrual Table is the only way an Enrich member can earn Elite Miles/Sector. 4. Elite miles and Elite sectors are tracked on a year to year basis (per calendar year). Elite miles or Elite sectors are not accumulative. 5. Failure to re-qualify for Elite Tier Status each year will result in the Enrich Member being reclassified to the next lower Membership Tier. 6. Elite Miles and/or Elite Sectors are tracked for the sole purpose of calculating an Enrich Member's qualification towards Elite Tier Status. Elite Miles may not be used towards the redemption of Enrich Awards nor can they be transferred, extended, purchased, sold or given to another member. 7. Elite Miles and/or Elite Sectors are valid only in the calendar year in which they are earned and will expire at the end of that year. 8. The following oneworld Minimum Sector Rules towards qualification and re-qualification to Elite Tier Status: ▪ Minimum 2 (Two) sectors for Enrich Silver on Malaysia Airlines Flights ▪ Minimum 4 (Four) sectors for Enrich Gold and Platinum on Malaysia Airlines Flights

(5) ELITE TIER BONUS

Platinum Plus is not a published tier. It is NOT made known to the public. The Platinum Plus tier is only for internal information as we need to identify these group of members who travel only on First & Business Class. These Platinum Plus members have no indication that they are Platinum Plus members as there is no differentiation on the card face.

The tier is reflected only in Crane system as “Standard Platinum P”

They will be regarded as normal Platinum members with extra privileges as below. The criteria to qualify for Platinum Plus is that member must travel on Malaysia Airlines Business Class & Business Suite only.

(8) MEET AND GREET SERVICES AT KLIA FOR PLATINUM & PLATINUM PLUS MEMBERS

Meet and Greet is a service that is exclusive to all Enrich Platinum members when departing on International sectors out of KUL on Malaysia Airlines (MH) operated flights only It starts at the kerbside with bags handled by the Porter. Staff will assist guests to the First Class Check in counter for check in formalities and escorts Platinum members through Immigration and security clearance and continues to the Lounge.

1. Enrich Platinum and Enrich Platinum Plus members can make the request for this service 6 hours (previously 4 hours) prior to the departure from 3 channels as below:a. MH Call Centre b. (9) COMPLIMENTARY PLATINUM SPOUSE NOMINATION

1. The Complimentary Platinum Spouse Card is only extended to the legal spouse of the Principal Platinum Card Holder. The context of spouse in this instance is referred to either the husband or wife of the Principal cardholder.

2. Nominated Spouse must be above 18 years old.

3. Principal card holder must complete the Spouse Application Form as provided in the Platinum Welcome Pack. The duly completed Spouse Application form must be emailed to enrich@malaysiaairlines.com for processing. The Spouse Application Form can also be downloaded from Enrich website.

4. Nominated Spouse who is not an Enrich member will be enrolled into the programme and Spouse who has an existing Enrich account holder will be upgraded to Platinum.

5. Enrich/Elite Miles for qualified Activities will be accrued by the Spouse using the product or service of Malaysia Airlines, oneworld Airlines and Enrich Partners regardless of who paid for the product or services.

6. The pooling of Enrich Miles Account is not permitted. Enrich Miles may only be earned and credited into the Account by the Spouse whose name the Account is registered to.

7. Platinum members who are single are not eligible to nominate family members (parents/siblings) or friends.

8. New Platinum Spouse nomination including any changes or updates in nomination must be submitted in writing by the Principal Platinum Card Holder to enrich@malaysiaairlines.com, together with supporting documents for verification.

9. Both Principal and Spouse Enrich accounts will be aligned and therefore the status and year/expiry date of the Spouse Platinum Card shall be the same as the Principal Platinum Card Holder.

Eg. If Principal is re-classified to a lower tier, the Spouse account will follow the same status.

10. In cases where, the Principal member travels less and does not meet the requalification criteria with the nominated Spouse travelling more and meeting the requalification criteria, both Platinum accounts will retain the Platinum status

11. The nominated Platinum Spouse will be entitled to all benefits privileges as outlined in the Welcome pack and Enrich website.

13. Allow a minimum of 1 week from the date of submission for processing.

14. Enrich Malaysia Airlines reserves the right at its sole discretion to vary or amend any of the terms and conditions herein at any time, without any prior notice.
