16 asparagus spears
1 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 slices prosciutto, cut in half lengthwise
1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
8 oz. Neufchatel cheese, softened
DIR E CTIONS
Preheat grill to medium heat. In a medium bowl, toss asparagus with oil, salt, pepper and oregano. Spread prosciutto slices with Neufchatel cheese and wrap around the middle of 4 asparagus spears. Repeat, making 4 bundles. Oil grill rack. Grill asparagus bundles, turning once or twice, until asparagus is tender, about 10 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
