The Hague is the International City of Peace and Justice. During recent decades The Hague has developed into a home for many illustrious organisations en multinational companies. The Hague’s cultural assets are a part of that community. The bi-annual Holland Dance Festival is one of the eye-catchers of this years programme. Especially for international orientated guests and expatriates the universal language of dance is a special feature of The Hague. But The Hague has more festivals to explore, for example the “Festival Classique”. This festival offers a wide range of classical concerts and performances all over the city. Some of the outdoor performances are free of charge and give you an excellent opportunity to explore the city. ➊ Pan! is an ode to bric-a-brac, a vivid and colorful spectacle on stage which seems like an exploded universe. Pan! is inspired by the vision of the Hopi Indians, who see the world as a whole, in which we have to respect each and ever little thing and being, how useless it may seem. Their ritual movements are translated by Hoche into mechanical harmonies, absurd and humorous, almost a parody on our western waste-bin society. Lionel Hoche’s dance is often qualified as sensual, intimate, tender, and plays on a kinetic and a deconstructed or even dis-’jointed’ vision of a sometimes too-vigorous perception of the body.

BOOKING CONDITIONS BOOKINGS
With the unique booking code, you can choose the date(s) you wish to visit the theatre. Under BOOKINGS you fill in the booking codes, the title of the performance, the date(s), and the number of tickets you would like to order. It is important that you provide us with alternative shows or dates. If the performance of your choice is sold out, we can still deliver your subscription on the basis of the alternatives provided. With family shows, remember to give us the number of children under 12 years of age. The reason we need to know this is because a discount may apply.
Special offers – EXTRA BONUS!
If you are booking tickets for three or more shows, you can select bonusses. If you have run out of space on the form, please enclose an extra sheet indicating which shows you wish to book. Bookings close on Friday July 17th 2009.
TICKET PRICE DISCOUNTS
UITpas holders receive discounts on almost all theatre shows, varying from €1.00 to €2.50. If you are booking seats for one or more persons who already have an UITpas, please fill in their UITpas numbers here. You can order (additional) UITpasses under ORDERING YOUR UITpas THEATRE CONCESSION CARD. Fill in your own UIT-pass number under DETAILS OF PERSON COMPLETING THE ORDER FORM. Please note that no other discount passes are valid.

The UITpas theatre concession card is available for only €7.50 for 12 months. The total amount of newly ordered UITpasses is included in your order invoice. The UITpas discount is effective immediately. If you already have an UITpas, you do not have to complete this section.

METHO D OF PAYMENT
Payment can be made in two ways: • By authorising a once-only, direct debit. If you authorise a once-only direct debit from your bank account, an administration fee of €7.50 applies. Remember to include your bank account number! You will still control the direct debit. If you disagree with the amount debited, you will have 10 days in which to instruct your bank to reverse the debit instruction. • By remitting the invoice forwarded to you (including a €12.50 administration fee). Remember to sign your direct debit instruction!

Adjoining seats
If you wish to order adjoining seats, but pay separately for the tickets ordered, please include separate order forms, staple them, and return the forms together in the same envelope.
What happens next?
Order forms are processed in the order they come in. In other words, if your order comes in first, you have the best chance of getting the best seats. You will not receive an order confirmation, but you will receive an invoice / confirmation of the theatre performances allocated to you.

You will then have 5 workdays to respond to any irregularities. After that, no changes or cancellations can be accepted! If you have authorised a once-only direct debit, the Haags Uitburo will debit the total invoice amount from your bank account. Please ensure there are sufficient funds in the account. You will receive your tickets well in advance of the first performance. The UITpass(es) will be forwarded separately in late August to the address(es) you have provided.
Changes and cancellations
It may occur that a performance has to be cancelled in the course of the season, or that a date is changed. In such cases you will be contacted by us, or by the theatre directly. If we cannot offer an alternative, you will receive a refund. Note: If a performance at the Rijswijkse Schouwburg is cancelled, the theatre only refunds the ticket price less the commission of the Haags Uitburo.
Swapping tickets
It is not possible to swap tickets at the Haags UITburo during the theatre season. If you wish to exchange tickets, you should check the relevant theatre to see if this is possible. Theatres have their own rules and conditions for ticket exchanges.
Moving house?
If you are planning to move house during the theatre season, please notify the Haags Uitburo of your new address, so that we can keep you informed of any changes.
Price variations
Ticket prices may vary from one theatre to the next. In some cases, the prices quoted in this guide may be higher than the price charged by the theatre in question. Please be advised that no compensation is due where this should be the case. In any event, pre-booking will assure you of excellent seats.
Lost or misplaced your tickets?
The Haags Uitburo can provide duplicate tickets at a cost of € 2.50 per ticket.
