Description The commissioned project involved the construction of a new apartment on an existing building. This project consists of TWO different ZONES OF PERTINENCE: The DAY AREA consists of the kitchen, the utility room / laundry, the veranda and the living room; The NIGHT AREA, however, consists of a large corridor with a walk-in closet, a master bathroom, a studio and three bedrooms, the double bedroom with a bathroom and a walk-in closet. The particularity of the building lies in the presence, between the sleeping area and the living area, of a difference in height of 0.94 cm, which made it possible to obtain particular use areas especially for the kitchen. Here we have roof-top living space, which gives this area a rustic look in contrast to the modern appearance given by the chosen furnishings. The sleeping area has a false ceiling that allows less heat loss and makes the various rooms more comfortable.
