ormer FIFA Vice President Jack Warner has surrendered to Trinidad and Tobago Law Enforcement after an arrest warrant was issued for him following the US Justice Department's decision to file fraud and corruption charges against him and other FIFA officials. Warner is a Member of Parliament in Trinidad and Tobago and also a former Minister of National Security. The US wants him extradited to face the charges in a US Court.
