Description
MONOLIX is a PKPD (pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic) modelling software package using very advanced statistical methodologies. This software uses recently developed stochastic algorithms. These are the most effective algorithms for pharmacometric modelling in terms not only of speed and quality of results, but also in terms of the broad range of models they can handle. The originality of our project and our lead over competitors are the result of the multiplicity of skills offered by our team in areas such as statistics, pharmacometrics, algorithmic and informatics technology. • 66
