Goodwill has embarked on strategic expansion plans, actively seeking real estate opportunities that will enhance its growth trajectory and enable the organization to quadruple the number of individuals it serves. As a leader in economic and workforce development, Goodwill serves more than 1,600 individuals through its career services and creates an average of 50 jobs per retail location. 1 loading dock minimum, three preferred

End cap donation drop off location preferred

3 parking spaces per 1,000 SF retail

Donation Centers

800-5,000 SF

Dock preferred, but not required

End cap location preferred

Minimum two parking spots with a ramp or ability to build a ramp

Donation trailers require 6-7 parking spots (trailer size options: 45’, 48’ 53’)
