Office Etiquette

ESTABLISHING BOUNDARIES AND SHOWING RESPECT

If you are sick – STAY HOME!

We love you but don’t want your germs!

Use your headphones for all zoom calls and telephone calls if you do not use a physical phone.

Keep your workspace clean – No eating at your desk. All meals and snacks must be taken in the kitchen. Remember we are sharing desks.

No strong-smelling foods in office – Remember some of your colleagues are sensitive to strong smells.

NO POPCORN NO GARLIC NO RAW ONIONS NO SMELLY CHEESES NO CURRY OR STRONG SPICES NO BOILED EGGS NO REHEATED TAKEOUT NO FERMENTED FOOD NO COOKED GREENS NO SEAFOOD OF ANY KIND

NO Wet items in

your locker. There will be a coat rack outside of door.

NO CLIENTS IN THE OFFICES– All client meetings are to take place in the conference room only.

Cell Phones while in the office– No watching videos, no texting, no personal calls, no selfies. If you need to take a call or reply to a text, please step outside the office.

No watching videos, streaming music or CPE on in office computers. Plan CPE when you work from home.

Go to the bathroom – to blow your nose and release any other bodily fluids. WASH YOUR HANDS!

Store your keyboard, mouse and other personal items in your locker. DO NOT put any stickers or tape on the lockers.

No taping or affixing anything to the walls, furniture or equipment

Personal Items – keep your pictures and tchotchkes at your home office.

Glass Doors – use the handles to open and close the glass doors. If you smug it, clean it!

If you make a mess, clean it up.

Wipe down your desk before you leave each day.
