YO! During the winter months K'awat'si Marine Services is still in operation. At this time we only operate two crew vessels full time, rather than three. While our third boat is out for the winter, it is getting some upgrades. One of which being new fuel efficient Volvo Penta twin engines. The new engines will cut our fuel costs tremendously. The Volvo Penta Engines are lighter in weight which will make for a smoothe, comfortable ride. These upgrades will be completed in the early new year. The company continues to build a strong work relationship with Marine Harvest and Aquaculture (Shellfish Farm). Consistently doing weekly runs year round. Eddie Walkus, Wes Walkus and Adam Munn continue to operate our vessels full time and are doing a phenomenal job. Yo News Nov 2017 Well, November is showing us a bit of a slow down from the food and beverage perspective. We’ve had a very busy summer, and exceptional meeting and conference season this fall. We are anticipating a couple of quieter weeks to the end of November, and are expecting to be very busy for December and Christmas parties. We are down to our winter crew, and everyone is pulling their weight, and doing a great job. Come in this weekend and check out our Christmas trees, try the brunch on Sunday, and make your reservations for Christmas season if you have not already done so! Season’s Greetings from all of us.
