From fitness centers with adaptive programs to shops and restaurants with thoughtful accommodations, accessibility is woven into the fabric of daily life. This commitment to inclusion not only fosters independence but also strengthens the connections that make Fairport and Perinton welcoming for all.

In 2021, the Town of Perinton and Perinton Recreation & Parks Department partnered with Rochester Accessible Adventures to study and improve inclusion practices in town parks, the Perinton Community Center, and camps and classes operated by the town.

As a result of the study, Fairport Rotary purchased and donated accessible picnic tables to Perinton & Fairport public spaces.

Accessible transit is especially mindful at the Fairport Public Library, Fairport Museum, Fairport Junction Trainviewing Platform, and Thomas Creek Wetlands public spaces. Creating sustainable inclusion habits ensures the culture of inclusion continues throughout the town and village so all may recreate and enjoy this amazing community.

SUSTAINABLE

One facet of living sustainably means making choices that positively impact both the present and future of our community. Fairport and Perinton are home to businesses that promote eco-friendly living, from selling environmentally conscious products to offering repair services that extend the life of everyday items.

Stop in to explore the eco-friendly products at What’s Good, Mona Moon Naturals, Fizzy Bombs, Prop Me Up, and The Adirondack Guys.

In an effort to recycle, Revelations Design Studio is a Certified Green Circle Salon that recycles 95% of their waste. Collaborations between businesses and environmental organizations like Color Fairport Green drive initiatives that enhance our town’s green efforts. Junction361 utilizes compostable cups and food containers for all menu items. Fairport Canal Nights and Oktoberfest are continuing efforts to use compostable service ware.

Local resale shops, Sweet Charity, The Corner Bookstore, Tool Thrift Shop, WaLa-a Shabby Chic Boutique, Anything Goes, and Craft Bits & Pieces, breathe new life into donated goods, reducing waste and supporting charitable causes. Fairport Computers, Just Solutions, and Fibrenew Eastside offer repair services for electronics and furniture to reduce waste.

Food

FOR WELLNESS Market, Skip’s Meat Market & Deli, and Lombardi’s Gourmet Imports & Specialties provide access to food items produced by local, small businesses. Skip’s beef, poultry, and pork are all processed daily onsite.

Lombardi’s brand products are made locally. We even have a source for chocolate and dessert products that are fresh, made in small batches, at Affaire de Chocolat, Royal Café, and Moonlight Creamery! We have beverages produced or sourced locally at Casa Larga, Iron Smoke, Triphammer, Fairport Brewing, and Faircraft Brauhaus. There’s no way around stress, but we can learn to manage it with less pain and exhaustion. Mindful Matters in Fairport is here to help!

Laura Gavigan launched Mindful Matters in the spring of 2021, when the world collectively experienced stress, trauma, and uncertainty and desperately needed calm, compassionate support and safety. Laura decided to start offering a blended model of teaching, counseling, and coaching with the integration of mindful meditation skills to help others understand and manage their human stress responses during crises, everyday stressors, and for a lifetime. Mindful Matters embodies a compassionate, empathetic approach.

Laura is open about sharing her experiences with anxiety and chronic pain throughout her life. She knows firsthand how a mindful approach is an easier, kinder way of being for herself and others. Working as an educator for 25+ years, she learned ways to manage her own stress and anxiety with therapy, yoga, and meditation, and she wanted to share this insight and practice with others. She integrates a framework of mindful wellness, empathy, and

support and leads introductory and advanced mindful meditation classes and workshops. She has been featured as a guest speaker or panelist for a wide variety of organizations.

Laura says, “I could have really used mindfulness when I was younger. I was anxious, exhausted, and never in the moment. I truly wish I had known about yoga, meditation, and mindfulness for the insight and skills to stay in the moment and to understand myself and others with curiosity and compassion.”

Laura helps people discover their inherent and newly acquired mindful skills to live with peace, ease, and energy for balanced well-being. Mindfulness has helped Laura during times of challenge, so everything she brings to Mindful Matters counseling and coaching is personal and authentic. Mindful Matters’ strengths are a combination of teaching, counseling, coaching, advising, and leadership, all with an emphasis on mindful wellness.

Dr. Les Moore Discover Holistic Healing

Located on the third floor of the historic Box Factory at 6 N Main Street, Dr. Les Moore, ND, MSOM, DHANP, LAc., brings decades of expertise in naturopathic medicine and acupuncture to the community. Dedicated to integrative and natural healing, Dr. Moore helps countless patients manage acute and chronic conditions, focusing on pain relief and overall wellness.

Dr. Moore’s journey into natural medicine was inspired by his father, a community herbalist, leading him to pursue naturopathic medical school and Chinese medicine studies. Recreation is more than just fun and games—it’s a vital part of a thriving community, and strong parks and recreation programs bring people together, improve quality of life, and create a more vibrant community. The Friends of Perinton Recreation and Parks was founded in 2024 with the mission to ensure that everyone, regardless of financial circumstances, has access to the recreational opportunities that make Perinton such a vibrant place.

The non-profit is supported by the Fairport Foundation, Inc. and guided by a passionate board of eight dedicated volunteers. Working closely with the Perinton Recreation and Parks Department, with Commissioner Jeff Nutting serving as town liaison, the Friends of Perinton Recreation and Parks raises funds through grants and community support to provide scholarships for recreational programs and offers volunteer assistance at local events.

The Perinton Recreation and Parks Department serves tens of thousands of residents each year with outstanding programs and facilities. The Friends help remove financial barriers and increase access to opportunities. Thanks to generous grants from the Chemical Prevention Advisory Committee, Stop the Stigma, and the Fairport Perinton Merchants Association, the Friends of Perinton Recreation and Parks have been able to enhance recreational programming and foster an active, engaged community.

In 2024, the Recreation and Parks department offered 28 scholarships totaling $8,187 to help more residents participate in activities, and the Friends aim to expand such financial assistance as they develop community support and connections.

At the heart of their mission is the belief that recreation strengthens communities by bringing people together, fostering personal growth, and creating lasting memories. Seeing children join sports teams, families bond through shared activities, and individuals find new ways to engage with neighbors, drives the Friends forward. The outpouring of community support has reinforced just how much Perinton values recreation for all.

Color Fairport Green has been at the forefront of sustainability efforts in the Village of Fairport, the Town of Perinton, and the surrounding community.

This grassroots non-profit is dedicated to educating, inspiring, and empowering residents to take meaningful action toward a more sustainable future. Through a combination of advocacy, education, and hands-on initiatives, Color Fairport Green is shaping a community where environmental responsibility is second nature.

Color Fairport Green is entirely volunteer-powered, composed of passionate residents who contribute their time and talents to further the organization’s mission.

They aim to create a space where people can connect about climate concerns, learn actionable steps to make their lifestyles and community more sustainable, and feel empowered to elevate relevant issues to local leaders.

Whether advocating for countywide composting, organizing educational events on climate resilience, or leading invasive species removal efforts, the organization continually finds ways to engage and inspire the community.

Initiatives are member-driven and aimed at improving the local environment. Upcoming initiatives include a family-friendly Earth Day event at the Fairport Public Library, participation in Canal Days alongside the Color Your Community Green network, and the rollout of yard signs highlighting residents’ personal commitments to sustainability. Nestled in the heart of Fairport, Sweet Charity Resale Boutique & Shop is more than just a store—it’s a missiondriven shopping experience that directly supports Advent House, a non-profit comfort care home providing free, compassionate end-of-life care in a home-like setting.

Since 1987, Advent House has been a beacon of kindness and care, relying solely on private donations, memorial gifts, fundraisers, and for the past seven years, proceeds from Sweet Charity. Residents at Advent House pay no fees, and the home receives no insurance reimbursements, making fundraising efforts vital to its operation. With a daily cost of $700 to care for a resident and over 600 residents cared for over the years, the need for community support remains critical.

Sweet Charity is a vibrant resale boutique filled with an ever-changing selection of quality furniture, artwork, home and holiday decor, jewelry, glassware, small housewares, collectibles, and more, all generously donated by the community. Every purchase made at Sweet Charity directly supports Advent House.

What began as an annual garage sale fundraiser evolved into a year-round retail experience in 2017, when Sweet Charity established its 650 Whitney Rd. home in

Fairport’s Whitney Town Center. The move increased community engagement, allowing year-round donations and shopping.

Spearheaded by Glenda Hastings, former Advent House Director, Sweet Charity is now managed by Meg Sarnoff with Ward Pedde as assistant manager. Over 30 dedicated volunteers keep the shop running—cashiering and accepting, preparing, and displaying unique treasures for customers.

Sweet Charity promotes sustainability by rehoming high-quality donated goods, reducing waste, and keeping items out of landfills. Their new Tote Bag Tuesdays initiative rewards eco-conscious shoppers with a 10% discount (excluding furniture) when they use a Sweet Charity tote bag.

Drop off donations Tuesday through Saturday from 10am-3pm. Larger furniture may be eligible for free pickup within a 25-mile radius of the shop. The volunteer moving crew works Wednesday and Thursday mornings and welcomes new volunteers. Advent House, who also seeks volunteers, maintains an online Wish List with additional support opportunities.

The Town of Perinton celebrated its Bicentennial in 2012 and had a monumental community celebration that July. Dedicated to “preserving history today for tomorrow,” the Perinton Historical Society hosts an interactive fourth grade program to enrich social studies curriculum and help students understand and appreciate local history. A nonprofit volunteer organization, the Society also hosts and sponsors a variety of tours around town, showcasing the incredible architecture and historical significance of homes within the village. Perinton Recreation and Parks department hosts an active lineup of activities year-round. 200 YEARS ON THE ERIE CANAL!

By Bill Poray This year, all across New York State we celebrate 200 years of navigation on the Erie Canal.

This early canal scene is a reproduction of a painting by Edward Lamson Henry (1841-1919). Many years ago, Art and Wendy Muldoon kindly allowed former PHS President Bill Matthews (1925-2003) to reproduce their print of the painting.

The commonly accepted date identified with the completion of construction of the original Erie Canal is October 26, 1825. Beginning in Buffalo, Governor

Dewitt Clinton, aboard the Seneca Chief, led a flotilla of boats which made their way to New York City. The celebratory journey took ten days, and reached its conclusion as Governor Clinton poured a keg of water taken from Lake Erie into New York Harbor.

But many portions of the canal were navigable years earlier. The section between Utica and Syracuse was completed in 1820. In Perinton, navigation on the canal began in April of 1822. The earliest reference found thus far was published in the Cherry Valley Gazette, Otsego County. It quoted a Rochester source, and stated: “Transportation on the Erie Canal commenced on the 11th instant, from Heartwell’s Basin.”

In the first months of operation, Heartwell’s Basin was visited by boats with the names Perseverance, Macedonia, Trader, Favourite, and Democrat. Some carried freight, some were filled with passengers, and others handled both simultaneously. Flour, packed in barrels, was one of the largest volume products shipped on the Erie Canal in this area. Other commodities

loaded onto our earliest boats included pearl ash (used in baking), cider, and pork. Incredibly, 2,660 gallons of whiskey, along with three kegs of lard were unloaded from a boat in Clyde, Wayne County, on May 21, 1822.

with natural glacial ridges, for a total distance of almost a mile. The earthen embankment carried the canal over 70 feet above Irondequoit Creek. Two hundred years later, the Great Embankment continues to serve the same purpose, although it has had more than its share of catastrophic failures, the most recent in 1974.

Commercial activity on the canal grew rapidly upon completion of the Great Embankment. In the spring of 1823, the Utica Gazette announced, “The canal is now navigable from this place to Rochester.” The newspaper reported 91 boats and three rafts passed through Utica in just a few days in late April, many loaded with flour. Much of that flour likely came from Rochester’s burgeoning mills, soon after known as the “Flour City.”

Several months later, canal traffic from the east was finally able to cross the Genesee River in Rochester. This report from a Rochester source was republished in the Rutland, Vermont Herald in September of 1823: “It is expected that in a few days the water will be let into the aqueduct across the Genesee River at this place.

It will be an interesting and novel sight to behold boats floating over the river at the height of about twenty feet above the water. The aqueduct has already become a subject of considerable curiosity, and strangers may be seen at all hours of the day inspecting it, and expressing their admiration of its beauty and solidity.”

Despite the glowing review above, the original aqueduct over the Genesee River had a short life. It was replaced less than twenty years after its construction by a second aqueduct. The 1918 rerouting of the Barge Canal to the south of Rochester made the aqueduct obsolete.

Soon after, the 800-foot long aqueduct was repurposed as a tunnel for a new Rochester subway system, which operated from 1927 to 1956. At the same time, vehicle traffic was accommodated by adding a roadbed on top of the subway tunnel, named Broad Street.

The reference to Heartwell’s Basin is said to have been based on the early presence of Oliver Hartwell.

Yes, I have used two spellings for the same name in the last two sentences, carrying on a two-century tradition of confusion with regard to the spelling of the name. No matter how it is spelled, by January of 1824, and possibly even earlier, the Heartwell name was abandoned in favor of Bushnell’s Basin. William Bushnell had quickly become the most active and prosperous businessman in the young, thriving canal port.

We have been fortunate to locate a detailed description of our section of the Erie Canal, as it existed in the spring of 1822, published in an Otsego County newspaper: “Heartwell’s Basin is situated about eleven miles east of Rochester, and is at present a depot for a part of the flour manufactured in Rochester, Avon, Wheatland, Geneseo, Lima, Bloomfield, etc. There are now in store at that place about 10,000 barrels [of] flour, besides other stuffs, which will probably be immediately freighted to the Atlantic waters…. In addition to the above, there are two other places of deposit within about six miles east of Heartwell’s Basin, at which flour and other property to a large amount is deposited in readiness for transportation.

It is worth to remark that three months ago the positions selected for these deposits were mere arable fields, without buildings.”

In addition to Heartwell’s Basin, the “two other places” referenced above are almost certainly Fullam’s Basin, where Perinton Park resides today, and Knappville, once located at the point in which Lyndon Road crosses the canal in eastern Perinton. Both early canal ports eventually faded away.

Westbound boats could proceed no further than Heartwell’s Basin until the completion of the Great Embankment in the autumn of 1822. Considered to be one of the great engineering feats of its time, the Great Embankment provided the solution to the geographic dilemma of crossing the Irondequoit valley. The elevated passageway consisted of two man-made ridges, coupled

A Community Boatbuilding Project

The Buffalo Maritime Center has built a full-sized replica of the Erie Canal Boat Seneca Chief, the vessel that made the inaugural journey along the Erie Canal in 1825. From its inception, this project has been a community-driven initiative, engaging volunteers in handson boatbuilding and historical exploration. Constructed inside the Longshed at Canalside on Buffalo’s waterfront, the boatbuilding process spanned from October 2020 to June 2024. Now docked at the Commercial Slip this spring and summer, the Seneca Chief is open for public viewing, and visitors can watch volunteers adding the final touches to this historic recreation.

On September 24, 2025, the Seneca Chief will embark on the Bicentennial Voyage from Buffalo to New York Harbor, retracing Gov. DeWitt Clinton’s historic journey.

This voyage presents a unique opportunity for communities across

New York State to reflect on the canal’s past and envision its future.

A key goal of the Erie Canal Boat Project is to preserve traditional boatbuilding skills by engaging volunteers, students, and partner organizations to ensure the timehonored techniques pass down to future generations.

Beyond craftsmanship, the project fosters awareness and dialogue of the Erie Canal’s lasting impact on New York State and the nation. Inspired by the boat’s name, Seneca Chief, the Buffalo Maritime Center seeks to broaden the historical narrative—examining the canal’s economic, cultural, and environmental effects. By telling a more comprehensive story, this initiative strengthens community connections and encourages meaningful reflection.

This endeavor ranks among the largest community boatbuilding

projects in the world and one of the few built in public view. From the start, the public was invited to participate—volunteering in construction, greeting visitors, and contributing skills. Over 200 volunteers played an active role, with only two professional shipwrights leading the build.

The boat’s keel, frames, and structural timbers were crafted from white oak, while the 60-footlong keelson is reclaimed Douglas Fir. The planking consisted of two layers of 1-inch-thick cypress with a waterproof dynel cloth epoxied between, ensuring durability.

Traditional caulking methods combined with modern techniques help maintain the boat’s integrity through seasonal changes.

Volunteers also forged bolts and specialized tools in the Buffalo Maritime Center’s machine shop.

The Seneca Chief’s cabin, spanning 73 feet and weighing 40 tons, was finished in an 1820s style using cabinet-grade hardwood.

The Seneca Chief will be docked in Fairport September 28-29th, with lots of community activities to enjoy while it’s here. create a dynamic network that strengthens Fairport’s economy, culture, and sense of community. By combining their expertise, they drive positive change, ensuring Fairport remains a vibrant and welcoming destination for generations to come.

The Fairport Perinton Merchants Association, Inc. (FPMA) is a nonprofit civic organization of retail merchants, as well as service, homebased and non-profit businesses in the Town of Perinton and Village of Fairport.

The FPMA was formed in 1979 by a volunteer committee of local merchants for the purpose of promoting local commerce. There are many benefits of membership outlined in the Member Benefit publication which is updated annually.

The FPMA sponsors several festivals and events throughout the year including Fairport Canal Days in June - one of the oldest and largest Arts festivals in the Northeastern US, Scarecrow Festival in September and Come Home for the Holidays in December. The FPMA purchases and decorates Village Hall, the Kennelly Park gazebo, Fairport Junction and Lift Bridge Lane West for Fall and the Holidays.

The FPMA contributes thousands of dollars annually to multiple community non-profit charities as well as underwriting a $1,000 Dollars for Scholars scholarship for a deserving Fairport High School senior.

The FPMA is a very active member partner of Visit Rochester, the Fairport Perinton Partnership and the Finger Lakes Tourism Alliance.

The Fairport Foundation is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of the community through fundraising, grant application assistance, and strategic grant-making. Governed by Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, it channels resources into vital projects such as park improvements, educational scholarships, and social programs. By addressing immediate community needs as well as long-term enhancements, the Foundation helps ensure that Fairport remains a vibrant and supportive place for all residents.

FairportFoundation.org The Fairport-Perinton Chamber of Commerce exists to help current and new businesses succeed in the marketplace of today’s fast-paced world. Our goal is to connect our members through networking events, social media, and by facilitating member news on our website. Networking events occur monthly and include a keynote speaker who gives a presentation about business techniques or a related topic. These talks are intended to boost the skill sets of our members and help them achieve new goals. We provide many other ways to improve your business such as media exposure, content generation, business development, and more. The chamber hosts the annual State of the Town, Village & Schools luncheon each year – a valuable connection point for our community. FairportPerintonChamber.org

Celebrating more than 150 years as a historic Erie Canal Village, Fairport is a celebrated community, offering a high quality of life for its nearly 5,500 residents, 300 business owners and visitors. Fairport, “the Crown Jewel of the Erie Canal,” offers Victorian-style family neighborhoods, quiet tree-lined streets and front-porch friendliness. Located in the heart of our Village is the Erie Canal and our recently restored unique lift bridge. There are park areas, viewing platforms and docks located on both the north and south banks of the canal. Liftbridge Lane West offers dedicated bike lanes, easy access to the canal trail, along with public seating to pause and enjoy the view. Also located on Liftbridge Lane West are the Village’s newly completed public restrooms.

Fairport is known for annual festivals like Canal Days and the Fairport Music Festival, bringing tens of thousands of visitors to the Village. Fairport is not only a “canal village,” but also a train community. The Fairport Junction trainviewing platform offers an opportunity for viewing of freight and passenger trains that pass through the village daily. Located near the platform is a retired caboose from the CSX rail line.

Village Hall is located at 31 South Main Street. Operations are run by the Village Manager and the Clerk-Treasurer. Village elected officials consist of a Mayor and 4 Trustees. Fairport has a Village Police Department which can be reached through the Monroe County 911 system. The Village also has their own municipal electric service with the Fairport Municipal Commission, also known as Fairport Electric. Fairport Electric not only supports the Village’s electric needs, but also those of approximately 20,000 customers located in the Town of Perinton.

Perinton Ambulance A Legacy of Care, A Future of Service

Since 1965, Perinton Ambulance has been a steadfast presence in the Fairport and Perinton communities, answering calls for help with dedication, compassion, and professionalism. What began as a single ambulance operating only nights and weekends has grown into a robust, 24/7 emergency medical service with a fleet of seven ambulances and three quick-response vehicles. In 2024, Perinton Ambulance responded to more than 6,200 calls — a testament to the vital role it plays in the region.

Led by Director of Operations James Hamon, the nonprofit organization is staffed by nearly 50 full- and parttime Paramedics and EMTs. Though no longer volunteerrun, its heart remains in the community. While they don’t usually meet people on their best days, hearing from community members after an emergency is over can be the best part of crew members’ days.

Beyond emergency response, Perinton Ambulance offers extensive outreach and education programs. As an American Heart Association-aligned Training Site, the organization offers CPR and First Aid classes, as well as

monthly blood pressure checks and injury prevention seminars. They coordinate a community medical equipment loan closet for canes, crutches, walkers, and wheelchairs, and provide free car seat installation checks by certified child passenger safety technicians.

In 2025, Perinton Ambulance celebrates its 60th anniversary with special events throughout the year.

DeLand House on Main, in the heart of Fairport is owned and run by Rochester native, Kim Rose, and her decade-long KRo Events business partner, Lindsay Feeley. DeLand House stands as a vibrant testament to community, history, and innovation.

During the pandemic, Kim proposed the idea of transforming the historic rooming house and restaurant into an event venue, and the rest is history. In November 2021, Main and Vine wine bar opened its doors and events kicked off a few months later in March 2022. Kim oversees day-to-day operations and Lindsay manages marketing, collaborating seamlessly to create the unique events venue.

Kim and Lindsay have worked hard to carefully renovate the DeLand House, preserving the charm of the original 1874 structure while introducing modern flair. A particular highlight is The Blind Pig, a speakeasy-style bar on the top floor, a nod to the building’s Prohibition-era past. Limited guest registrations create an exclusive experience there, with reservation spots often selling out within hours.

With nine different spaces spread over its three floors, DeLand House is a welcoming space for a wide array of events, large and small. Kim especially raves about the community of patrons who bring rich stories and memories,

Spotlight Studios for the Performing Arts on Railroad St., Fairport, is a vibrant community where children and teens learn about and cultivate a love for musical theatre and acting. In the heart of Fairport, Salvatore’s is more than just a place to grab a slice—it’s a local hub full of heart, history, and a whole lot of pizza. Open since 2007 and owned and operated by Alessio and Sarah Santiago since April 2024, the S. Main Street location has quickly become a beloved fixture in the village.

High school sweethearts turned business partners, the Santiagos’ Salvatore’s journey started more than a decade ago as teenage employees at the E Ridge/Culver location. After some experience at Wegmans (Alessio) and in the banking field (Sarah), the couple has brought a unique blend of professionalism and passion to the Fairport location.

Their first year in Fairport has brought a major win: they topped the 2025 Perinton Pizza Poll, unseating a long-standing favorite, and Sarah says the Poll “was a cool experience for us!”

Salvatore’s Fairport has earned a reputation for fast and efficient catering—party pizzas and sheet pizzas fly out the door with ease,

and Sarah and Alessio say they feel “blessed to be able to be a part of so many families’ parties this year.” A standout on their menu is the famous white veggie pizza, a fan-favorite recipe created by Mama C, a former Arrivederci legend who continues to lend her expertise to the Santiagos.

For the Santiagos, though, community connections mean the most, and Sarah says, “The flocks of kids coming in after school and families whose kids know us by name is the best.”

The couple is dedicated to supporting the community that supports them. Whether it’s supporting breast cancer research through their PINK initiatives, contributing to Fairport Little League, Team Marty, and the Pirate Toy Fund, giving back is baked into their mission.

Fairport Hots A Legacy of Flavor and Community

Fairport Hots is a beloved local institution built on tradition, community, and delicious food. Now led by husband-and-wife team, Ashley and Anthony Domicello, cousins of the former owner, Joe Cutaia, the eatery continues its legacy of serving fresh, high-quality food.

Having worked alongside Joe for several years, Anthony was familiar with the business, and when Joe decided to pass the torch, he knew the two would honor his hard work. While Joe will continue running the food truck for a few years, Ashley and Anthony are fully committed to carrying on his legacy and keeping the community’s favorite hot spot running smoothly.

Committed to freshness and cleanliness, Fairport Hots receives fresh bread and meat daily, ensuring every bite is as flavorful as possible. The kitchen is immaculately maintained, a point of pride for the team. And, of course, there’s the famous hot sauce and signature plates that keep customers coming back for more.

Ashley and Anthony come from different careers, Ashley as a nurse manager and Anthony in construction/ seal coating, but they have a shared love for cooking and the hustle of a busy kitchen. The thrill of a packed day, the satisfaction of serving great food, and the joy of interacting with customers make it all worthwhile.

Their biggest inspiration? Food! But beyond that, it’s the relationships they’re building with their customers and the community. Seeing familiar faces and making new connections fuels their passion for this venture.

As they look to the future, Ashley and Anthony have big plans for Fairport Hots. Their goal is simple: to maintain and grow the legacy Joe started. They want to keep the community proud and engaged, and they’re already adding new elements, such as their refreshing mint Leprechaun Shake debuted in March, and their upcoming summer car shows.
