While pasta lovers can vouch for its versatility and dynamicity, this blog is for those who run away from pasta. Here we have taken up a five-course Pasta Menu challenge wherein we will present you 5 meals based on pasta. Course 1: AMUSE BOUCHE/Mini Appetizers These are single-serve, bite-sized snacks served complimentary as chef’s exclusive preparations. These are a warm way to welcome guests for dinner and represent the chef’s cooking style. You can prepare pasta based amuse bouche in many ways. Roll up some cooked spaghetti in a fork and place cube of cheese dipped in spaghetti sauce, or take a giant macaroni and fill the shell with a thick sauce. Present a single macaroni placed on a spoon/fork as a welcome starter.
