The branding Domstein has a long experince and pleasure of helping customers with private branding. If you don´t have a brand of your own, we have a number of already established labels that we gladly let you use. We can also help you develop a new one.

Domstein Sverige Domstein Sverige is part of Domstein Group with head-office located in Måløy, Norway. Our operations range from catch to sales, including both a fleet of fishing vessels and specialized facilities for each step of the refinement process. We are certified in compliance with FSSC 22000 and ISO 14001.

Imagine to have the fresh flavors of the seven seas never further away than a squeeze from a tube, ready to enjoy right out of the fridge. Our creamy pâtés brightens up your breakfast or helps you make delightful hors d´oeuvres. Spice up a cold sauce with a few tablespoons of seafood pâté to tasteful salty fullness. In Scandinavia, we love to squeeze a curl of pâté on our breakfast egg or open sandwich - not only tasty but pleasing for the eye as well.

Our fish pâtés are wholesome food, too. Our main ingredients in the pâtés are rich in nutritious polyunsaturated fats. We use the very finest fish raw ingredients in our pâtés, carefully tested in independent laboratories as well as our own. Production is fully automated, which means that the raw ingredients are completely untouched by human hands during processing, filling and packing.

When sold outside Scandinavia, the creamed cod roe is often referred to as cod roe pâté in english or in french as Caviar de Lysekil, named after the Swedish coastal town of Lysekil from which this type of caviar presumes to have originated. In Lysekil Domstein has its own production facility that has been producing all of our pâtés and tube products for more than 100 years.

A number of different ingredients make delightful pâtés: anchovy, cod roe, crabmeat, salmon, smoked herring, tuna etc. We constantly develop new flavors and mixes to satisfy our customers wishes.

The packaging Putting up food in tubes is an ideal way of preserving freshness. To us Scandinavians, food in tubes is part of everyday life. Easy to spread and to store. Hygienic, healthy and tasteful food. Air can´t enter the tube so there is no risk of oxidation. And it´s also practical - the food is easy to handle and bring along with you. Domstein can provide you with our standard weight packages but of course in any size or weight that you want them.
