1. For persons who have PSRA licensing under Guardsman Limited or Marksman Limited, will my work ID change to Guardsman Metaverse Limited?
Yes, you will get your new ID when you renew your employment contract.
2. Do I have to change my PSRA licence to Guardsman Metaverse Limited?
Yes.
3. What are the requirements to transfer my PSRA licence?
Upon expiry of your current PSRA, you should submit a completed renewal form, Transfer/Company Letter and the transfer and/or renewal fee to the PSRA Office.
4. Who will pay the transfer cost of the PSRA licence?
The company will pay for transfer cost, however you will pay the renewal fee.
5. How will the company pay the transfer PSRA fee?
There are 2 options for payments:
a. Security Officer pays for their transfer fee at the PSRA office and submit receipts to the HR Office for reimbursement.
b Security Officer visits the HR Office to collect funds to make payment and return the paid receipt to HR.
6. When will my PRSA licence be transferred?
All PSRAs should be transferred upon expiry or by June 2024 the latest.
7. Will uniforms change for our Security Officers to Guardsman Metaverse Limited?
Yes, our Security Officers’ uniforms will eventually be branded in Guardsman Metaverse uniform and begin changing in April 2024.
8. Can I still get uniforms now?
Yes, you can make the request through your supervisor or visit the HR department. There may be exceptions for the Airport team members.
1. Will I get a new Employee ID for Guardsman Metaverse Limited?
Yes, all employees will be issued Guardsman Metaverse Limited Employee ID cards effective April 1, 2024.
2. What will I do with the prior IDs for Guardsman Limited and Marksman Limited?
When the new ID is issued, the prior IDs will be collected.
3. When and how will we receive the Guardsman Metaverse Limited Employee ID cards?
The ID stickers will be printed and distributed by the ID Department to all the branches for local handling through the HR team. The ID change process will start with the contract renewal process and continue until all Security Officers receive their new ID.
4. What if my old ID expires before the new one is issued?
Since you will need to have a valid ID for work, your ID will be re-issued for the company that you are currently assigned. Your new Guardsman Metaverse Limited ID is effective April 1, 2024.
5. Will I have a new Employee Number with the Guardsman Metaverse Limited ID?
Yes, you will have a new employee ID number for Guardsman Metaverse Limited. However, your Payroll Number will remain the same, and both numbers will be placed on the new ID.
6. Will my Login credentials for SmartTask change?
No. Your Login credentials for SmartTask will remain the same as it is still linked to your Payroll Number, which remains the same.
