Welcome To Gtc Judge Hamlyn

New member ID cards will be re-issued to all current Priority Health members in April The new member ID cards will include updated pharmacy information including a new BIN#. Members will receive an email to let them know a new ID card is on the way to mitigate any confusion, and it will be important for members to replace their current ID card with the new one. Further, Express Scripts is working to notify pharmacies of the BIN# change to help alleviate any issues when members pick up prescriptions Tentatively, the new ID cards will be released on 4/17 and mailed on 4/18, so receipt should be seven to ten days thereafter.

For more clarification, pharmacies should only use the new BIN information after 4/1. When picking up prescriptions, please request to have your pharmacy use the new BIN information beginning April 1 even if you do not have your new member ID card. If members do not have possession of their new ID card, they should ask the pharmacy to call the Express Scripts Help Desk to obtain updated processing information Help Desk contact information will be built into Express Scripts’ pharmacy processing software for pharmacies to reference. Members and pharmacies can also call Priority Health Customer Service should they experience any challenges with new ID cards or the BIN change

When members receive their new cards, they may also notice a new Priority Health logo that coincides with the Corewell Health rebranding of Spectrum Health. Rebranding updates will roll out in a phased approach over the next year
