GTCC CAPITAL INVESTMENT PLAN

Guilford Technical Community College (GTCC) is preparing students and fueling regional economic growth through strategic capital investments. The Advantage Guilford Capital Plan supports expansion in high-demand, highwage fields to meet the workforce needs of Guilford County and the broader Triad region.

These projects are vital to driving regional economic development, addressing critical workforce shortages, and expanding access to transformative education and training. These investments will position Guilford County as a hub for investment, innovation, and talent.

High Point Skilled Trades Center

$16.5M | 30,000 sq. ft. Meeting urgent healthcare workforce needs

Jamestown Campus Expansion & Renovation

Transportation & Supply Chain Center — Greensboro

$22.5M | 45,000 sq. ft. Logistics, warehousing, and CDL education
