Partnership with ‘Procurement Hotelierverein Gstaad-Saanenland’ to prevent food waste.
Obtained the Swisstainable level III “Leading” & Travel Life “gold” certificate. Became member of LHW.
Switzerland’s FIRST luxury hotel purchasing sustainable aviation fuel.
The hotel is heated with renewable energy produced from locally sourced wood. Aiming to reduce energy consumption with every renovation.
All employees are trained in sustainable actions upon arrival and frequently refreshed on a regular basis.

We have reduced the amount of water flowing while maintaining the pressure to 10L per minute for showers and 5L per minute for taps and bidet.

Fine-tune the culinary experience offered by our staff canteen

Replacing further old light sources to LED
