Detailed property walk-through with seller to learn all of the features, details, mechanical and structural aspects of the property Listing documents drawn and sent to seller for signatures Property is professionally staged when appropriate Professional photos are taken Professional property video, including drone where appropriate Yard sign with appropriate sign riders installed A secure SUPRA lockbox is hung with seller permission Professional quality print material ordered Custom postcards are mailed to neighbors Property tour for brokerage is scheduled Custom postcards are mailed to neighbors Pre-market Open House is held, when appropriate Listing goes live on MLS Property is shown as per seller instructions Property is included on the Open House Tour Showing feedback is received, evaluated and shared weekly Offer is received and negotiated Escrow is opened Listing moves to the appropriate status Buyer inspection is scheduled Buyer may submit their repair request and inspection results Repair requests are negotiated Buyer’s appraisal is done Buyer does their final walk-through Buyer and Seller sign documents at title Buyers funds are received at title Property is released to the county recorder to transfer title Property records Listing moves to SOLD status on MLS Lockbox is removed Sign is ordered down
