Dear Mr Holmes Subject: Request for copy documents I refer to your email to me dated 3rd September 2012 and the correspondence addressed to Courts Division dated 4 th September 2012 seeking copies of certain court documents. As you are aware Mrs C. Dowd wrote to you on the 9th February 2006 enclosing copies of the certified copies of the Orders of the 24 th February 2004 from the Lancaster County Court. I enclose for your information copies of letters between this office and Lancaster County Court in August 2007 which as you will see pertains to a request made to that Court by Mrs Holmes. For your information, on the 20 th December 2007 Mrs Holmes submitted to this Court a “Statement” in support of an application for a residence and defined contact order. Appended thereto is “Exhibit YH1” which indicates that it contains “a true copy of” the Lancaster County Court Orders of 24th February 2004.
