TobeeligibleforthePresidentialDoctoralFellowship,applicantsmustmeetthefollowingcriteria: Beafull-timedoctoralstudentingoodstandingatGeorgiaSouthernoranewlyadmitted doctoralstudent (note:fullyonlinestudentsarenoteligible).
