Getting Started This manual aims to guide you so you can make the most of your participation in the Africa Mining Summit 2020. The manual will elaborate on how you can Log in as a delegate.

Main Page Click the URL here: https://grvams.vfairs.com/ or type it into the address bar of your browser to visit the online venue or Virtual platform. We recommend that you use either Chrome or Firefox for best performance.

Log-in Enter your Email address then click on “Log In�.

NAVIGATING

AFRICA MINING SUMMIT 2020 Lobby The first page that appears once you login to your account is the Lobby.

We encourage you to click each of our key sponsors shown on this page. Clicking will take you directly to their exhibition booth where you can chat with a live representative and learn more about their company.

Click on the Exhibit Hall to visit Exhibit Hall.

All exhibitor booths can be seen by clicking on the booth you wish to view.

Whilst looking at a booth, you can also type into the search box in the top bar in order to navigate directly to a booth you wish to view.

Booth View 1. Description: A brief profile of the company.

2. Videos & Documents: View different videos & documents uploaded by the company. All documents can be added to your personalized Swag Bag for viewing or downloading at any stage 3. Content Tabs: These tabs are customized for each exhibitor.

3a. Chat is for live ‘Chat’ with a representative of the booth in a separate chat window. Send queries using the ‘Enter Message’ field at the bottom of the Chat window however, this is public to all users (see next page for direct/private messaging) b

3b. Leave a message allows emailing a representative in case there is no one available to ‘Chat’ with (within the booth navigation menu)

4. Previous: enables you to move to the previous Exhibitor booth.

5. Next: enables you to move to the next Exhibitor booth.

6. Back to Floor: Enables you to go back to the Exhibit Hall.

To initiate a private chat, double click on the delegate name.

Once you do, a private chat window will open up that allows you to have text chat with the Individual. You will also be able to have an audio or video chat with them.

Should you wish to chat please ensure all other services which use your camera and microphone are switched off and logged out. e.g. Skype or MS Teams etc.

Click on Auditorium to view the agenda and watch the content created specifically for Africa Mining Summit 2020 by clicking the JOIN button

Click on Networking to open the Networking Lounge sponsored by Orezone. This in turn will allow access to the event chat window and to view all participants currently logged into the chat in the event. We encourage you to have this window open at all times to maximise contact with other delegates.

If possible please change your Zoom display name to include the company which you represent.

Click on Meetings Hall to open the Hall where you can gain access to the location for the private 1-2-1 Meetings hosted on Zoom. When you open the zoom call GRV Representatives will assist you with finding your private video chat room where you can meet your arranged organisation.
