Gdynia – a Smart and Innovative City In 2017, Gdynia, as the first city in Poland and Eastern Europe, received a smart city certificate according to the ISO 37120 standard. They are used to actively gather information from various sources, standardise it and store it on the website, as well to provide automatic visualisation of these metrics.
