The market remains solid with the median sold price once again reaching an all-time high for a second quarter. Sales performance and available inventory are comparable to previous years, showing resilience in this segment.
Resale Condo Market
New developments, such as Mr. C Residences, have entered the market and significantly increased resale inventory, placing downward pressure on selling prices.
Townhouses
Prices in the $1M–$2M range offer buyers a large choice of inventory. Selling prices will remain flat at best in this price range.
