Richard Hartell is Chief Business Officer at WPP Media, with over 25 years of experience leading global media agencies and major brands across regions and categories. He oversees Growth and Strategy in North America and leads WPP’s partnership with Google across media, creative, and digital experiences.
A proven leader in strategy, content, data, and technology, Richard has built global products and workflows that drive client growth and innovation. Outside of work, he supports the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund, enjoys running, and collects vinyl. He lives in Manhattan with his wife, three children, and dog.

Maureen Glure is a seasoned marketing executive with over 25 years of agency experience leading client management and operations. Prior to her role as Client President at WPP Media , Maureen served as Chief Client Officer at Starcom. A respected industry leader and Board Member of Chicago Advertising Federation, Maureen is known for her strategic vision, operational excellence, strong communication skills, and ability to articulate business solutions into actionable strategies.
Maureen lives in the Chicago suburbs with her husband and two children: Patrick (13) and Molly (8). Outside of work you can find her courtside at her children’s basketball games. And whenever possible, she finds time to bake, read and dream of travel.

Dominic Barnard ACTIVATION
Ethan has been the Investment Lead, overseeing investment strategy & marketplace partnerships for the past 5 years across the Church & Dwight and Colgate businesses at WPP Media. He has overseen digital transformation & organization restructure - helped prioritize & streamline programmatic & direct partnerships leading to digital first planning & go-to-market strategies - & developed collaborative workflows across brand & commerce media channels. Ethan's agency background also includes experience on Campbell's, Danone, AT&T, and Tiffany & Co. He graduated from Hamilton College where he studied Environmental Science & English and has lived in Brooklyn for the past decade.
