Nancy Hall is a proven leader with a passion for client service excellence, bringing over 20 years of experience with best-in-class agencies and brands to her role as Chief Client Officer. She partners closely with WPP leaders across a global network to drive transformative media and business strategies for clients and the industry at large. Hall oversees a diverse roster of domestic and multinational clients across WPP Media, including Unilever, Discover, Electronic Arts, Booking.com, and Rolex.

A blue Toyota Celica. The first to reach driving age from my high school friends, I became the designated driver. After classes or on any given weekend, we filled the Celica with tunes to our local NJ idol Rick Springsteen, The Stones, The Eagles and Styx. Local mom & pop shops kept her in fine form until I moved onto college.

James is a Transformation Lead at WPP Media, where for the past decade, he has driven client growth by strategically implementing change management. He prioritizes and sequences customized strategies, analytics, data, and technology-led capabilities to deliver measurable results. He leads with direct ownership, empowered and accountable for diagnosing growth challenges and architecting strategic plans that deliver on growth outcomes with the hands-on teams. His clients include Ford, John Deere, Discover Financial Services, Dyson, BP (family of brands), Volvo, CAT, and Jaguar-Land Rover.

A 1980 Toyota Corolla wagon, which was brown, or rust, or both. I taught all my friends how to drive a manual on this car and developed a firm appreciation for power steering technology after driving it for my first few years.

Richard is a senior executive at WPP Media with extensive experience leading automotive accounts for brands such as Ford, Jaguar Land Rover, and Volvo Cars. Across these business Richard led both the national strategy and activation as well as local tier 2 retailer programs. He also manages client relationships across finance, retail, technology, and CPG, partnering with brands like Barclaycard, Nestlé Purina, Microsoft, and PepsiCo. Known for his strategic vision and digital transformation expertise, Richard delivers measurable business results and drives innovation for global clients across APAC, EMEA, and North America.

MY FIRST CAR

A 1989 Green Land Rover Defender with the classic bench seats. It was perfect for a 17-yearold to hoard his friends around and I’m lucky enough I still own it today!

Tarik began has spent the last decade at WPP Media. As a Senior Activation Team Lead, he’s successfully led global, cross-functional teams for clients across automotive, machinery, finance, and CPG, including brands like Volvo, Ford, Mazda, Caterpillar, Case, Choice Hotels, P&G, BlackRock, and Campari. Previously, Tarik led Catalyst, a GroupM performance specialist agency. He's received industry recognition and prestigious awards like The Drum, Cannes Lions and Effie’s. Tarik believes that media is the essential conduit for brands to forge connections and maintain cultural relevance with consumers.

A beige Buick LeSabre, with its unmissable column gear shifter and three-person front bench seat. This came in handy whenever I needed to pile in extra friends, but it also meant some interesting maneuvers when parallel parking. Whenever the LeSabre needed a tune-up, the Meineke shop in Quincy, MA was my go-to place.

Martine is a life-long media expert with over 25 years in the industry. As Vice President of Client Leadership, she has been instrumental in driving growth across a multitude of industries from retail, automotive, and tech to cause-based marketing. Notably, Martine spent over a decade as the media lead for several automotive brands such as Volkswagen, Subaru, Mitsubishi Motors, and Mercedes-Benz, where she developed and executed strategies that attracted new prospects and converted them into loyal buyers, propelling multiple brands to their highest sales years on record. Her impactful leadership has also fostered award-winning teams whose innovative work has garnered numerous Media Innovation Awards, Cannes recognition, and even a Canadian Screen Award.

Aleksei has led teams and driven growth at leading media agencies, specializing in digital and traditional marketing, business consulting, and analytics particularly in the automotive sector. He has partnered with major brands including Kia, Hyundai, Nissan, Ford, and Mazda, using data-driven insights to deliver innovative strategies.

Mitsubishi Lancer in 2004, a brand new from Japan. That was a car with MT, and it was a pure joy to drive it, feeling fully connected to the road. The car was so good that all I changed for five years were just the light bulbs and a part of radiator (warranty recall), and I sold it for more than I bought new.

A Ford Ranger which was a handed-down company truck from my parents’ pool business.

Shahin is a Client Analytics Lead with over 12 years of experience in leveraging data-driven strategies to fuel brand growth. He specializes in enhancing marketing effectiveness for clients with a large brand portfolio. Shahin applies a rigorous test-and-learn methodology, utilizing advanced statistical modeling, A/B experimentation, and comprehensive full-funnel attribution. His collaborative approach empowers clients to make informed decisions and achieve measurable results across their brand portfolios.

A 14-year-old pearl-white 1992 Lexus LS400. It was in this car where I learned how to change a flat, do oil changes, and what happens to an engine when you don’t put the right type of gasoline in the tank. To this day, it is absolutely the most comfortable car I have ever driven. It was like driving on a cloud!

Chip serves as a Managing Partner, Client Investment Lead at WPP Media. He has over 20 years of progressive media experience in many categories, including Consumer Packaged Goods, Pharma, Studios/Entertainment, Financial Services, Insurance, Quick Service Restaurants and Government. Chip is recognized for dynamic leadership and the strategic development and execution of comprehensive cross-channel media campaigns and has a proven track record of future-proofing business strategies in rapidly-changing media landscapes to drive impactful brand awareness.

He has expertise in exploring and integrating innovative channels, strategic planning, audience frameworks, investment, negotiation, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to drive exceptional results for clients, internal teams and agency partners.

A champagne Elantra, passed down to me by my mom. While the sound system had seen better days, I remember stacking the glove compartment with my favorite CDs. Cruising through the different regions around Montréal, sometimes solo, sometimes with friends, I felt a sense of freedom and adventure that’s stuck with me ever since.

Jen is the Investment Lead for the Ford T2 business, working closely with 34 dealer groups and fostering strong client partnerships. In addition to Ford, Jen’s teams also manage Mazda and have previously worked with Volvo. She oversees teams specializing in Local Video/Audio, Direct Response, Print, and Advanced TV, ensuring strategic and effective media investments across a diverse client portfolio.

A Yugo which I actually won in a radio contest on Z100! The gas gauge never worked, and the mirrors would fall off if I closed the door too hard, but I had the best audio system around thanks to a Bose radio upgrade. When the war broke out in Yugoslavia, I’d visit car shops that kept junked Yugos “in the back” for spare parts. I have a picture of 18 of us getting in the car for a photo up in college.

Tiffany is the Audience & Data Strategy Lead at WPP Media with over 18 years of experience in audience strategy, data analysis, business planning, and consulting. She specializes in leveraging behavioral and attitudinal data to help companies create effective consumer experiences and drive performance. She has worked with Fortune 100 companies such as Ford, Nissan, Yum Brands, IBM, and Samsung.

An ’88 Ford Thunderbird turbo coupe, 2.8L turbo with a 5-speed manual transmission. I’ve driven dozens (if not hundreds) of different car models and brands, from trucks to SUVs to sports cars and sedans. I’m always in search of cars I have not yet driven! My current cars are a 20-year-old Mitsubishi Eclipse, I’ve affectionately nicknamed “Mad Max” and a beautiful, 2019 Ford Mustang, 5.0L, V8, 460HP, 6-speed manual transmission. Max (the Eclipse) and I regularly visit the mechanic because at almost 200k miles, every oil change counts.

Adam, a key member of the Atlanta leadership team, brings over 20 years of expertise in media planning and strategy. As the client lead for the US Marine Corps, he expertly manages cross-functional teams to drive impactful business results. His extensive background includes significant experience in the franchise and retail sectors, with notable brands such as Jiffy Lube, Bloomin’ Brands (Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, & Bonefish Grill), Massage Envy, and The Home Depot.

A red 1985 Dodge Omni I bargained for, only $200 plus another $500 to have the clutch replaced. About a year later during my junior year I rear-ended a very popular cheerleader from my school, on the way to school, with all our classmates driving by and laughing. I lived out the rest of my days in high school known as “crash”.
