For over 40 years my family has been making wines at our Estate in Oakville. Every day we commit to being good vintners, but even more importantly, to being good neighbors and integral members of the Oakville community
My husband Kimball is a Chef and we entertain a lot throughout the year. I have the enviable task of choosing the wine to serve to our guests. I want to select a wine that complements the food, but also one that will contribute to a memorable evening For a large or special gathering, I may choose a magnum or an older vintage that I know will spark conversation.
As we approach the holiday season, I hope that in some small way the Groth family can be a part of your festivities.
