The relationship of DH Inc. and Sponsor is that of independent contractors, and nothing in the sponsorship shall be construed to create an agency, partnership, franchise, joint venture, sales representative, employment or any other type of legal association between DH Inc. and Sponsor. Sponsor shall not create or assume any obligation on behalf of DH Inc. for any purpose whatsoever. Sponsor shall in all its activities make clear it is acting as a principal on its own account and not as an employee, agent or representative of DH Inc. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales. All disputes arising hereunder which cannot be settled amicably by the parties shall be submitted to the courts of New South Wales.

If you are interested in sponsoring the Groove Hip Hop Competition 2010, please complete the application form indicating your preferred level of sponsorship. Once complete, please return to DH Inc via email. Once your application has been confirmed, a tax invoice will be forwarded to you as per the payment terms below. Once secured, Debbie Hatumale will be your point of contact for any event logistic related matters you wish to discuss. An invoice for 100% of the sponsorship will be issued upon receipt of application. Payment Terms •

All fees, due 7 days on receipt of invoice, are considered fully earned and non-refundable. If Sponsor withdraws from participation in the Event, all amounts paid shall be retained by DH Inc. as an agreed measure of compensation, and shall not be construed as a penalty or forfeiture.
