Valuation Forecasts
7.3.1 Gross Value Asset values are forecast to increase as additional assets are added to the asset stock from construction and acquisition by the organisation and from assets constructed by land developers and others and donated to the organisation. Figures 7.3.1.1 through 7.3.2.5 show the projected replacement cost asset values over the planning period in real values.
