We are dedicated to empowering the lives of individuals living with mental health and substance use disorders. Our goal is to promote mental health, prevent substance misuse, and provide treatments and support to foster recovery, ensuring access and better outcomes for all.
We are here for you, ready to provide the care you need, when it matters most.
Thwajik Ki (Healing House) Residential Treatment Program is a structured, supportive environment with compassionate and professional staff. Thwajik Ki offers a wide array of services as part of the residential treatment for Native American women and men as they begin the healing experience. Our goal is to assist individuals as they work through the recovery process and teach them the skills to decrease the potential for relapse so that they can reintegrate successfully back into their community.
We treat individuals from federally recognized tribes to address and manage substance use disorders and mental health issues related to past trauma, chronic stress, depression, and anxiety.
Pregnant women and individuals who have children age 12 and under can live with them while in treatment. The individuals in The Healing House create the foundation for lasting recovery and reconnection to their community.
How do I access treatment?
Self-referrals are accepted. Contact a Thwajik Ki Intake Specialist at (520) 796-3860. We will ask for:
• CDIB or Tribal ID
• Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) identification card (if applicable).
We can assist with obtaining AHCCCS coverage if needed and eligible.
