Shepparton locals celebrate their fundraising efforts for Give Me 5 for Kids.

T

he first ever Give Me 5 For Kids fundraiser at Shepparton GRC was held during the month of June raising a total of $7,286.

With the support from other fundraising initiatives such as a Girls Night Out event, the Shepparton GRC was proud to have been able to donate a substantial sum. The club recruited sponsors and, with the assistance of Triple M Goulburn Valley, for every number five greyhound that saluted at Shepparton during June a $55 donation was made. The funds were raised for Goulburn Valley Health’s children’s ward to purchase specialist medical

equipment for local children in need. Shepparton GRC would like to thank CKH Painting, Shepparton Workwear and Safety, Chenery Plumbing, GV Party Hire, Byers Electrical, Sports Vote Count and GRV for their participation.
