Optoelectronic sorting to remove optically identifiable deviations: black specks, spots, nozzle tears, etc.
Screening of shape and size deviations: husks, longs, etc.
Reconditioning and recovery of damaged products and packaging: for example due to storage and transport damage, including directly from the truck
Removal of foreign substances: for example packaging remnants, label remnants, wood, cardboard, paper, foil, metal, etc.
Removal of shape deviations: double grain, fragments, grit, oversize or undersize grain, etc.

THE MOBILE GRANULE CLINIC ®
offers unique flexibility.
We have developed a method that enables you to sort your granules in any location. This means that your product doesn’t go off to be sorted – the “sorter” comes to the product.
The system is installed in a 20-foot refrigerated container on a chassis and is ready to run at your site in just a few hours. The straightforward and safe process in our Mobile Granule Clinic® combines four separation techniques that we have developed specially for plastic-specific sorting tasks. This means that we can always use the right technology for you.
