OUR TEAM

Greg excels at taking on unique challenges and creating seamless events so that his clients can savor every moment of the planning process. He finds enjoyment in being stretched creatively and he will always go the extra mile to make sure every detail is attended to, qualities that make him the ideal person to take on any special event, large or small.

Holly values making celebrations a reflection of her clients style and helping make the planning process and their day as stress-free and memorable as possible. Her favorite part is seeing the months of planning come together into the perfect scene and her clients’ visions come to life.

With refined taste and attention to detail, we believe in creating the perfect setting and atmosphere for each of our events. Known for our classic, timeless approach to event design, our ultimate goal as wedding and event designers is to consistently create weddings and events that will stand the test of time. As a wedding and event coordinators, our main priority is to make the planning process as simple and as enjoyable for our clients as possible so they are able to fully appreciate these momentous occasions with their nearest and dearest.

From beginning to end, we are there every step of the way to coordinate each detail in the hopes of creating a personal, cohesive, one-of-a kind experience for each and every one of our clients.

Our team will draft a detailed layout and create a unique and cohesive vision for your review and feedback.

Build Your Team The Big Day

We handle hiring and management of all event vendors, including negotiations of contracts and overall handling of the planning and execution process.

Our team will be with you from beginning to end on your wedding day. We will have a regular presence to assist you and the wedding party throughout the day, in addition to overseeing your vendor team.

DE S I G N

Our team composes detailed, to-scale floorplans of your event. From these drawings, we compose a thorough event proposal for your review. Through collaboration, we create custom looks with your vision in mind.

Event design and decoration includes decorative accessories, unique table settings, custom bars and shelving, elevated stage fronts, designer lounge groupings, tailor-made linen collections, custom draping, and grand floral arrangements.

Our full-service wedding planning begins with a consultation where we learn your vision and preferences, discuss your budget, and suggest suitable vendor recommendations.

Once we have an idea for your style, our team creates a vision board for you to review, adjust, and approve. Once selections are finalized, our team handles the stress of negotiating contracts with your budget in mind.

We work with first-class vendors and handle the communication, coordination, and attend all vendor meetings with you, providing professional advice and guidance along the way. Our team maintains regular creative discussions with each vendor to ensure your wedding is seamless and distinctive.

The week of your wedding, sit back and enjoy being pampered and celebrated. Our team is there to handle any last-minute vendor-related tasks related to your event.

On your wedding day, we are there from early morning through your send-off to make sure all of the day’s events fall into line perfectly.

Invitations and Printing

From save-the-dates to thank you notes, we offer custom printed goods to brand for your wedding or event. This encompasses everything from place cards, table numbers, menus, ceremony programs, frosted cups, koozies, coasters, and more.

Bridal Registry

For the couple who loves to cook and entertain, Charleston Street is a one-stop shop with professional cookware, tabletop essentials, home and living decor, as well as an extensive scents and paperie section
