EUROPE’S L ARGEST GREEN PURCHASING CENTRE Housing a total of 25,000 m² of plants, flowers, pots and accessories, the GTC is the largest green-related purchasing centre in Europe. As the name suggests, the onestop-shopping principle means you can

purchase ever ything at once, in one location, and pay for it at one central spot. To enable you to shop 24/7, whenever it suits you, our entire range is now also available online via our newly styled webshop.

The extensive range of house and garden plants, tree nurser y items, flowers and brands of pots and accessories offers a wide range all year round. Our novelties, specialties and the work of designers who stimulate and inspire the sector will enable you to stock an even more distinctive range of products. The inspiring presentations and unique products meet consumer requirements perfectly and help you tempt your customers to buy more flowers and plants. Breeders display their latest product developments, revealing some of the flower and plant innovations we can expect in the near future.

WE CONNECT BUYING FROM THE SOURCE Much of the GTC has been designed and laid out as a shopin-shop. This concept allows growers and suppliers to set up their own ‘shop’ in a section of the purchasing centre. In this way, Waterdrinker facilitates direct contact between supplier and customer as well as the oppor tunity to buy from the source and the preferred brand.

Waterdrinker attaches great impor tance to sustainably produced products and will therefore display the various cer tificates clearly on the products. We believe that trading companies should contribute to the sustainability of the entire chain. That is why Waterdrinker, as a member of FSI (www.fsi2020.com), has the ambition to purchase at least 90% of the hor ticultural products at cer tified growers by 2020 (MPS-GAP or GlobalG.A.P.).

CUT FLOWERS The wide and deep range of flowers is supplied by Waterdrinker in collaboration with Dobbe Flowers and Agora. Besides both basic and seasonal products, such as more than 100 varieties of tulips, you will also be able to find special, distinctive flowers all year round, including hundreds of different roses and an organic range. In the GTC you will find the products that cannot be purchased by auction.

POTS, ACCESSORIES AND FLORISTRY ITEMS Our range of pots, accessories and sustainable, socially responsible products is divided into different categories: Convenience These include user-friendly basic materials such as floristr y sundries, floral foam, silk flowers, sleeves, and packaging materials. Specialties Leading brands, including Dillewijn Zwapak, Elho, Potter y Pots, Dijk Natural Collection, Vase The World and Duif International demonstrate their craftsmanship with quality products such as Indonesian basketwork, teak and other hand-made products. The range also includes luxurious hand blown glassware, plastic flower pots and planters, and related outdoor items. Atmosphere enhancers We have our own collection of modish design products to help create and enhance atmosphere, such as glassware and ear thenware, candles and decorative interior objects. Design district In the GTC we offer young designers an oppor tunity to present their green designs and sell them directly. Brands presented here include House of Thol, Sprout, Tiny Miracles and Valence.

GTC SERVICE CARD As of 18 Februar y the Cultra card and the Waterdrinker customer card will be replaced by one GTC Ser vice Card, enabling holders to purchase plants and flowers as well as accessories. Existing customers You can collect your new customer card from the Ser vice Desk when you first visit the GTC. New customers Once your details have been registered and processed, you can collect your GTC Ser vice Card from the same Ser vice Desk. You can register either via our website or via one of the designated computers at the GTC. The GTC Ser vice Card is strictly personal and available to business customers only. To be eligible for this customer card applicants must be registered in the Chamber of Commerce and retailer in the ‘g reen sector ’. More information about becoming a Waterdrinker customer is available from the Ser vice Desk.

Be sure to collect your GTC Ser vice Card soon! • • • •
Only GTC Ser vice Card holders will have access to the GTC and be able to operate the barrier in the loading hall, scan products and return reusable packaging. Your GTC Ser vice Card will allow you to enjoy a free cup of tea or coffee from the coffee vending machines at the main entrance. Receive special offers, exclusively available to card holders. Be the first to hear about interesting activities at the GTC.

SERVICES Sometimes you might need a little help.
TRANSPORT If you do not have the necessar y means to transpor t your purchases yourself, you can use our transpor t ser vice. Waterdrinker will take all the related administration off your hands and arrange the door-to-door distribution.
ORDER PICKING AND DISTRIBUTION Besides delivering the products you have picked at the GTC yourself, we can also pick the items for you and subsequently distribute them door-to-door. We will also pick any orders you place via the webshop and deliver the products to the specified address.
SMALL QUANTITIES Thanks to the wider distribution options, it is now also possible to dispatch smaller quantities of products several times a week. These smaller orders will also be delivered to your door, of course.

ORDER AND COLLECT Are you planning to visit our GTC and would you like to order (some of ) the required items in advance? Our newly styled webshop allows you to do just that. Your products will be ready for you to collect at the time you have stated.
TROLLEY MOVERS A large number of ‘trolley movers’ are available for your use and shopping convenience. Keys can be collected from the Ser vice Desk.
RECYCLING The following waste streams can be returned in the GTC loading hall within specific times. Outside these times, they can be returned to the Ser vice Desk.
