Economisers, Flue Gas Coolers and Air Preheaters

These heat exchangers are installed in the exhaust path of the boiler and are designed with plain, spiral-finned and plate-finned tubes

• Pressure: 10 - 320 bar

• Water flowrate: 10 - 2800 t/h

• Thermal duty: 1 - 100 MW

• Tube length: Up to 18 m

• Module size: W x L x H from (1m x 3m x 1m) to (6m x 20m x 4 m)

• Module weight: 15 - 150 tonnes

Shell and Tube heat exchangers

These heat exchangers are used for Oil & Gas and Industrial applications, when liquids and gases need to be heated and cooled within production processes

• Output: up to 60 t/h

• Pressure: 5 - 300 bar

Green’s manufacture these units in carbon steel and stainless steel 300-series

Plate heat exchangers

These heat exchangers can be used in many applications including the food and drink industry, chemical, oil and gas, hospitals, universities to name a few where products need to be heated and cooled.

- Pressure 5 - 40 bar

We can refurbish, clean and NDT inspect the plates, port liners and inspect all component parts.

We can supply and fit new OEM equipment from various worldwide suppliers. We are proud channel partners of API Schmidt-Bretten

New designs can be manufactured and existing models can be remanufactured using the OEM or third party manufacturer.

Air Coolers

These heat exchangers can be used to discharge heat into the atmosphere

• Pressure: 5 - 300 bar

• Module size W x L x H from (1m x 3m x 1m) to (4m x 12m x 1m)

• Module weight : 5 - 150 tonnes

Waste heat boilers

These boilers are installed on the back of Heavy Fuel Engines to capture energy from the exhaust gases to generate additional steam for Power generation. It is called a ‘Cogeneration system’

• Output: up to 100 t/h (65 MW)

• Pressure: 40 - 50 bar

• Superheat to 450 °C

• Weight: typical 175 tonnes

Exhaust gas / Marine boilers

These boilers are installed on the exhaust path from a marine engine to generate steam for auxiliary services on a ship

• Output: up to 6 t/h (3.5 MW)

• Pressure: 6 - 15 bar

• Superheat to 270 °C

• Weight up to 75 tonnes

District heating equipment

We can offer a full turnkey solution for clients looking to revamp their heat network. This includes:
