Greenfield School is surrounded by a magnificent 10 acres of land in Old Woking; the perfect location for conferences, courses, celebrations, weddings and other events.

Located in beautiful Old Woking, Greenfield School is remarkably accessible: 10 minutes from the M25 and Woking Station; 20 minutes from Heathrow and 45 minutes from Gatwick.

Facilities include a striking double height function space, rooms with high specification equipment (including a sports hall, dance and drama studio and music performance space), a wide range of seminar and teaching rooms and extensive external sports facilities.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: Are tables and chairs included in the hire charge?

Classrooms come furnished to their capacity in their typical layout unless otherwise stipulated in the Lettings Contract. For all other hire spaces, this will be set out in the Lettings Contract.

Is there car parking available?

Is there a discount for multi-day bookings?

Yes, hires for 3 or more consecutive days will be eligible for a 20% discount.

Do the hire charges include VAT? All hire charges are exclusive of VAT.

Yes, there are 91 parking spaces available in front of the School plus coach access and parking. Offsite parking available if required.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking (including vaping) is not permitted anywhere on the Premises.

Is there WiFi available?

Guest WiFi may be accessed within the Hire Space.

Are pets/animals allowed?

Are changing rooms included with the sports facilities?

No animals are permitted, except for Service Dogs.

No, changing rooms must be hired separately.

What is the latest time I can hire space?

Can I hire by the hour?

All timings will be outlined in your Lettings Contract and any extension without prior written agreement will be subject to an Overrun Fee.

Yes, for a minimum of 2 hours to a maximum of 4 hours when a Half or Full Day rate is applied.

Can I bring in my own alcohol?

Yes, hirers are welcome to provide their own alcohol to guests, without a corkage charge. If you are looking to set up a cash bar on the site for your event, we will work with you to obtain a Temporary Entertainment Notice (TEN) from Woking Borough Council in order to do this.
