Congratulations! As a member of the GreenEarth® Affiliate Network, you belong to a special family of quality operators worldwide...one tree, many branches. There are many ways to grow your business, but one of the most important is through your customer service representatives. Your CSRs are your “brand ambassadors”. Train them to communicate your GreenEarth difference to your customers and deepen the roots of customer loyalty! Teaching your customer service representatives about the benefits of GreenEarth is easy to do. Weekly

staff meetings are a great opportunity to conduct simple training exercises. To get you started, on the back side of this page are talking points about the three big benefits of GreenEarth: for your customers, for the earth and for your store. At the staff meeting, talk to your CSRs about the benefits of GreenEarth and then have your CSRs role play talking to customers so they can practice talking out loud. The more comfortable they are in their understanding of GreenEarth, the more comfortable they will be in an actual selling situation.

In future meetings, you might stage a contest with your CSRs to see how many people they can “educate” or how many brochures they can give out. You might even create a “Take the Challenge” type of event with customers to encourage them to see, touch and feel the difference.
