My Duties:  Interfacing with multi Clients, and stakeholders to achieve project requirements.  Attend coordination meetings and reporting to Directors and Senior Managers on progress.  Work closely with Executive Director and Operation Director, utilizing extensive architectural experience to ensure all design and strategy packages are reviewed and approved by Sr. Management and Departments before submitting for approval.  Participate in preparation, studies & compilation of technical & commercial proposals of tenders.  Follow up vendors/Suppliers for incorporating best rates for an accreted & attractive price.  Ensure all design packages are comprehensively reviewed and any design/constructability issue is identified and resolved through consultation with counterparts on (DD) and Projects teams.  Coordinate with all Departments to ensure that their specific review comments and recommendations are addressed, incorporated, and closed out in the respective deliverable with appropriate sign-off by all parties.  Provide support, including technical guidance, planning logistical information, to Urban Design UD for design competitive bids and tenders.  Provide support to the technical department with implementation studies and assess implications and attend technical workshops meetings of tenders.  Tenant’s requirement coordination and assess time/cost implications.  Managing issuance and review of Tenant LOD.  Review and approval of VOs and fees assessment.  Review and approval of building mock-ups on site, material schedule, and (FF & E).
