2011 Volunteer of the Year - David Kimball David became a professional photographer in 1980 working part time for Ace Hoffman and Paramount Studios in Wilkes Barre, PA He moved to Malvern in 1982 when Bell of Pennsylvania transferred him to their Philadelphia Headquarters building. Continued doing photography, working for studios in the Chester County area. In 1990 studied photography at the Art Institute of Philadelphia’s evening program. Retired from Bell Atlantic in 1992 and Purchased Briar Photography. Joined the Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce in 1992 and volunteered to do photography for the Chamber. Today he is still a Chamber member and continue to enjoy providing photography services for the Chamber.
