

SUNFLOWER SEED DRINK
The popularity of plant-based drinks is steadily growing, but until now there has not been a product on the market made with a sustainable, upcycled approach We are the first in Hungary to start producing a zero-waste plant-based drink made from an industry byproduct: sunflower seed flour
Sunflower seed flour is a by-product of cold-pressed oil production Naturally rich in fiber and free from allergens, it is also high in protein, making it an excellent base for plant-based milk alternatives The other ingredients in our innovation also come from natural sources: in this first version, we homogenize the drink with our own cold-pressed hazelnut oil, while its sweetness comes from an unconventional source – gluten-free sorghum flour Sorghum is locally grown and well-adapted to drought conditions.

The result is pleasantly sweet, with a pale gray color and a creamy, silky texture.
