A significant number of clients require our teams to take their online store experience to on-site events to sell products, which we do frequently.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

Historical data usage helps us to order inventory your associates want to use, keeping shelf stock lean and moving.

We don’t stick our customers with a ton of inventory that doesn’t move. We don’t want our sites to go stale. With our help and detailed monthly reporting we’ll be able to identify best sellers and close out items.

Inventory triggers will be set for all SKUs to allow for quick reorders to minimize service interruptions.

We work with your detailed reporting to identify best sellers and close out items to keep your inventory fresh.

Embroidered apparel is custom ordered on-demand with less than 10 business day turnaround which means you don’t need to carry hundreds of sizes, colors and quantities.

We do suggest carrying a handful of screen-printed apparel like T-shirts and hoodies, popular polos and ¼ zips to be shipped out same day if need be.

CREATIVE THAT DRIVES SALES

We build employee engagement and brand recognition by creating artwork and banners to drive traffic every month.

We refresh inventory every quarter, creating new seasonal headers, suggesting monthly sales and deals, i.e. Free Shipping and Holiday Specials.

All programming, creative and drop shipping is performed in house which means any special requests will happen within hours, not days.

We specialize in Pop Up shops to collect specific sizing for special events that can be managed outside of normal e-commerce inventory.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Your e-commerce site will feature a dedicated chat box, an 800 number and customer service email address to manage any concerns.

The customer service team is located in Kansas City and manages all e-commerce questions.

ACCOUNTING

All E-commerce platforms accept credit cards.

The platform can manage visibility for certain user groups and allow certain users to see specific categories ie: HR = New Hire Merch; Events = Bulk Merch.

Full reporting capabilities will be provided to your essential contacts for easy downloads and real time updates.

No storage fees. No inbound quality inspection fees, no materials/boxing fees. We charge a flat $5 per order whether that is for one jacket of 20 jackets. Nominal set up fees and monthly hosting fees.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs vary – Grapevine Designs offers a minimal UPS residential shipping cost of just $8 per package under 3 pounds.

We will drop ship to anywhere in the U.S. with ease from 1 package to 100K packages, as well as batch ordering across the globe to reduce shipping and tariff challenges.

Shipping to single and multiple locations

Hard goods in inventory ships the same day and often deliver the next day.

RUSH ORDERS

Your company will integrate with UPS shipping rates and levels. Employees can choose ground or next day. If it’s an urgent rush order that requires bulk, you’ll reach out directly to your account management team and we’ll get it taken care of that hour.

BACKORDERS

We do not accept backorders. Your company store is equipped with an inventory tracking system that monitors inventory levels and order flows. We will set triggers on each SKU, so that when your backpack levels reach a pre-approved level, a trigger will be sent to us and you, giving us a headsup to reorder. Nothing gets reordered without IBX approval.

REPORTING

Reporting capabilities will be given to IBX contacts for easy downloads and real time updates. We will customize your reports according to your needs. Typical reports are: reconciliation reports, inventory tracking and order history by employee and sku.
