Sellers will have the opportunity to remain in direct communication with their selling agent throughout the auction process. This ensures that they can receive updates and clarifications in real time, making them feel more connected and informed.

With no competing local agents able to sway potential buyers with their own listings, our Toowoomba facilities allow sellers to present their property in the best light. The professional environment enhances the overall experience for both sellers and buyers.
7. Increased Security and Privacy
Hosting the auction in a dedicated facility ensures that the vendor's information and auction details remain secure. Privacy is maintained, allowing for a focus on the sale without external distractions.

Toowoomba announced as Equestrian venue for Brisbane 2032 Olympics
Queensland Premier David Crisafulli and Infrastructure Minister Jarrod Bleijie have announced that Toowoomba will be the site of the Equestrian competitions for the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Equestrian Queensland has partnered with the Royal Agricultural Society of Queensland (Toowoomba Showgrounds) to complete a master plan and business case for the development of an Equestrian Centre of Excellence at the showgrounds.
Upon completion, the Toowoomba Equestrian Centre of Excellence would offer the ability to host large scale equestrian events (>300 competitors) to a high standard with fit-for-discipline competition surfaces.
“The proposed TEC will deliver the region a world-class equestrian facility that broadens its capability to provide equestrian events at the state, national, and international levels,” says Toowoomba mayor Geoff McDonald.
“Further, the TEC will provide and social and commercial opportunities to benefit the region for generations.”
“The eyes of the world will be on us” and “The flow-on effects of this announcement could be massive and lead to the delivery of infrastructure for our Region that may not have been possible without the golden opportunity of hosting Olympic and Paralympic events”
How the announcement and the planned developments will impact Toowoomba property markets remains to be seen but it’s certainly an exciting time to be in the Toowoomba region, in a spotlight showing millions of people our wonderful city and surrounds.
