‘Hot Cross Bun’ Espresso Martini
INGREDIENTS:
90g Caramilk chocolate
160ml (2/3 cup) thickened cream
60ml (1/4) hot espresso
60ml (1/4) vodka
2 tbsp Kahlúa
2 tbsp Fireball Whisky
8 ice cubes
Cocoa powder, to dust
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cut 2 thin strips of baking paper

1. Place the Caramilk and cream in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on High for 1-2 minutes or until melted. Stir until smooth and combined. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes to cool.
Combine the espresso, vodka, Kahlúa and Fireball in a small jug. Divide the espresso mixture between 2 martini glasses.
3. Place the ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Pour in the Caramilk mixture into the shaker and shake until frothy.

4. Gently pour the Caramilk mixture over the espresso mixture. Arrange the paper strips over 1 glass to create a cross. Dust with cocoa then remove paper. Repeat with remaining glass.
