As I reflect on the beautiful journey of my granddaughter, the young lady captured in the cherished photo with me on page 03, my heart swells with love and joy.

Witnessing her growth into a remarkable young woman fills me with excitement for all the milestones ahead—her sweet sixteen, debutant ball, prom, graduations, college adventures, career pursuits, and the wonderful chapters of marriage, motherhood, and grannyhood that await her. Each of these pivotal moments represents personal achievements, an opportunity for her to embrace her authentic self, a principle that resonates deeply with the values of Lady Papillons International, Incorporated.

As she steps boldly into her future, I am inspired by the limitless potential that lies within her, nurtured by the supportive community and resources available through Lady Papillons and Granny Chats magazine.

My first hour of being “Granny” to Nevaeh-Nicole The anticipation and joy that enveloped our family during the nine months leading up to the arrival of my granddaughter, Nevaeh-Nicole, was a beautiful testament to the bonds we share. Each moment was filled with heartfelt preparations, as both mother and father took an active role in welcoming this new life into our midst.

The joy that erupted when her daddy placed her in my arms was indescribable; laughter mingled with tears as I offered a prayer of gratitude for this precious gift. This moment celebrated new life and reminded us of the power of family and the endless possibilities that lie ahead.
